What I do is just stick a water hose in the fuel tank, start er up and step on the gas, let the water circulate for a while and boom! A perfectly clean engine 👌 😊
I work at a dealership you can spray any car 2010+ with a pressure washer and degreaser, comes out completely fine. keep the pressure washer like a foot away for the most part unless you see a metal or plastic spot with dirt.
You could also use the degreaser or whatever and then instead of rinsing you can wipe it all up with microfiber towels and you give it the extra cleaning and don't risk the water getting in electronics or a transmission vent or something. The Colorado's engine bay looks fantastic btw!
Thank you!! But i would run out of towels in 5 minutes😆I really suggest blowing out with a compressor, spraying the product, then spraying off with water and then blowing out again. I've done hundreds of engines this way for several shops. its really the only way to get them fully clean. Yeah don't spray the ecu, fuse box or distributor. For the wd40 or the engine shine I would just wipe off for sure. Thank yoy for the support man! I think I saw you commenting on one of Big D,s videos! Cool to know that we share some subs. When I get a chance, I will send something to you for my appreciation if you have a po box! Thank you again!
