IDK why they didn't just make the CETME/G3 style R91 the Standard US army gun (as it is kinda implied in F3, but only explicitly implied it being a national guard gun), Fallout 4 Gauss Rifle (F3/FNV is apparently the prototype version, even though it looks waaay cooler) Fallout 4 style 10mm pistol (can accept 2 different models, the N99 and whatever model the F1 one is) Radium rifle (gotta love radioactive volkssturmgewehers, radioactive late war axis guns :D), Triple-Barrel Sawn-Off Shotgun, Laser Musket and others. Hell i was so powerful with some of my builds that i used to use a service rifle (one of my fave guns, weak once you are high level tho) at level 50 so there was still some challenge against tougher enemies. But i think the reall challenge will be making my fave house (The Sink in Old World Blues, my fave DLC and the teleporter, big size and applianced with practical use and tons of charachter (i would love to be able to chat up my lightswitches, haha) is my favourite hands down) full with one of every gun and armour set available (I liked the Desert Ranger armour & Survivalist's Rifle, which didn't need power armour training and made a service rifle viable, or the Remnants Power Armour and some kind of energy weapon, The Smitty Special was cool, as was the Gun Runners Arsenal green gatling laser, something 9000, can't remembe it off the top of my head but that + tesla armour was splooge. I would pick up the remnants armour at the Deathclaw Pronomotory (which is no challenge at all for some of my lv50 builds guns blazing, never mind stealth) and the helmet in the mine after joining the brotherhood, then the real challenge is paying some asshole a shit ton to repair it, then paying the butler in the sink even more to get it to 100%, then using him when it gets to below the max bar (pricey, which is the biggest challenge, but a few black mountain and other areas with expensive weapons runs and i can repair it in a hour of making those caps.) anyway long comment. Nice video, and i can't wait to get a new copy of FNV to mod to all hell! God bless all you guys :)
There's really not enough to justify an entire video. There's the pond that was cut from the PC version and some disabled generic Nightkin, but otherwise there's not much notable cut content. Jason Bergman mentioned there's some unused Nightkin dialogue, but I've never been able to find it.
@@TriangleCity 🤷🏻♀️ this was on 360. I thought it was weird that you pointed it out is all. I'll go back and check when I can. I may be mis remembering, but it's kinda hard to forget something like that.
@@TriangleCity I'm going crazy. Just skimmed through a bunch of 10 year old let's plays to see if it every happened. I gotta be remembering it wrong. Mandela effect maybe because I asked around and I'm getting the same thing from them. It's a stretch and my memory is really hurting me here but nothing like this happens in fallout 3 right?
Idk it's possible you're remembering something from F3. I know they cut this scene pretty early since they didn't record dialogue for it and that they wrote the dialogue out in message form, something that was only done at the very beginning of development prior to placeholder VO being recorded. I wish it had made it in, but as it is, we don't even know what quest it was connected to. Probably Eyesight to the Blind, but there's no way to be sure.
Battle cattle is more likely brahmin given that they are described as mooing as well as being something to which two headed bear people are astride. Nightkin have a weird obsession with them for some reason. The only confusing part is Rhonda saying they have training to hunt mutants, but I guess she learned some lunacy from her nightkin bff.
Every time I learned about cut content of fallout new vegas, deep down i know that fallout new vegas could potentially be one of the best video games ever created. On beautiful scale ⚖ and par with witcher 3 and coming soon Cyberpunk 2077. Its sad for me to say this but I don't think we will see a remake with cut content added to the game with a brand new polish game engine 😕. Still tho so much potential here.
Holy shit i didn't realize just how little commets there are here until i reached the bottom. I guess ill try to contribute... I dont remember if you talked about this allready or not but there are two unmarked areas on the eastern side of the colorado. The one with lakelurks near cottonwood and the one further north crawling with deathclaws. I feel like something more substantial was supposed to be over there but am not entirely sure what, maybe some of those cut legion towns? The deathclaw area in particular is so out of the way that i thought I'd somehow glitched my way out of the map the first time i went there. That is until i started finding xander root and the aforementioned deathclaws. I also found a cave there recently, but im not entirely sure if that was part of a mod or not. That comment turned out a lot longer than i anticipated, my bad.
I'm not saying it couldn't have happened, but that would be weird if it did since the code for that scene is incomplete and disabled. The scene of it exploding in this video is a modded, more complete script.
Every copy of Fallout New Vegas is personalized... Jk but it seems like a lot of the smaller details where patched out post launch to help old consoles so it could have been triggered. With how much jank bethesda putt overtop of the gamebryo and how little time Obsidian had there may have been something weird happen.
Maybe but that's probably not as intriguing as the vision for that game is pretty much exactly what we got besides them not bring able to do an open DC.
@@HerobrineMC-vg3pz oh no, it IS great. It's a great setting for a fallout game specifically given the themes and subject matter. I think what makes NV cut content more fascinating to people though is the sheer scope of the game's intended product and how little time the devs were given to realize that vision.
The more I watch this stuff the more amazing nv is. And the more it illustrates how awful Bethesda were/are. The game we got was a solid 9-10, but the stuff they didn't have time to implement or weren't able too because of limitations would have made this game a 12.

Opening song?
What’s the background ambient music you use in your videos? Around the 6 minute mark onwards
Are there any cut content mods out there? Because there's alot of cool stuff that would be awesome to play
I made a video on cut content mods a while back!
So what's the song you use for your title card?
In fallout 4 the supermutants were originally gonna have centaurs as their guard dogs but it was cut and they were replaced with the mutant dog thing
If I remember correctly its because Bethesda couldn’t get them to work because “non standard animations in the creation engine are hard”
i always felt that there was a lot more to black mountain
But the question is why did bethesda give obsidian 18 months??
Why 18? Was there a reason for it? Why not 24 ughhh :(
Can we get one of these for Jacobs town
There's really not enough to justify an entire video. There's the pond that was cut from the PC version and some disabled generic Nightkin, but otherwise there's not much notable cut content. Jason Bergman mentioned there's some unused Nightkin dialogue, but I've never been able to find it.
TriangleCity ahhh still pretty cool, keep up the good work!
Idk if Its been posted, but the part where the satalite gets blown up is still in the game.
Then why would someone go out of their way to make a mod that restores it? 😂
@@TriangleCity 🤷🏻♀️ this was on 360. I thought it was weird that you pointed it out is all. I'll go back and check when I can. I may be mis remembering, but it's kinda hard to forget something like that.
The script for the explosion wasn't finished and wouldn't actually work, even if it was used
@@TriangleCity I'm going crazy.
Okay I had PS3 and I seem to remember blowing up the dish on my one okay thru on a unpatched game
Anyone know what the soundtrack playing at 1:00 is?
Fallout 2 Dream Town/Modoc
Every time I learned about cut content of fallout new vegas, deep down i know that fallout new vegas could potentially be one of the best video games ever created. On beautiful scale ⚖ and par with witcher 3 and coming soon Cyberpunk 2077. Its sad for me to say this but I don't think we will see a remake with cut content added to the game with a brand new polish game engine 😕. Still tho so much potential here.
Okay I played legion for my only playthrough but Battle Cattle is funny as hell
Raul is my home ghoul.
Has anyone made a mod attempting to reimplement this content?
yes!!! More videos
What’s your intro song called?
Fallout New Vegas End Theme
Even though the fallout new Vegas community is huge and loyal too bad we can't get a rerelease with the cut content put in I don't want a remaster
I’m sure the dish still exploded in my playthroughs?
I'm not saying it couldn't have happened, but that would be weird if it did since the code for that scene is incomplete and disabled. The scene of it exploding in this video is a modded, more complete script.
Every copy of Fallout New Vegas is personalized...
Jk but it seems like a lot of the smaller details where patched out post launch to help old consoles so it could have been triggered. With how much jank bethesda putt overtop of the gamebryo and how little time Obsidian had there may have been something weird happen.
Interesting hmmmm
Doing God's work.
We cant expect god to do all the work
@@adamschinnerl8714 epically since God is fucking us with Corona
battle cattle
Cattle battle
Bethesda pleasessssss let obsidian remake this game and have it at it full potential pleasesssssss
How about cut content for fallout 3
Nice username lol
@@furturtle150 thanks
Maybe but that's probably not as intriguing as the vision for that game is pretty much exactly what we got besides them not bring able to do an open DC.
@@AAllen-br8it I love the capital wasteland it's a great place in my opinion
@@HerobrineMC-vg3pz oh no, it IS great. It's a great setting for a fallout game specifically given the themes and subject matter. I think what makes NV cut content more fascinating to people though is the sheer scope of the game's intended product and how little time the devs were given to realize that vision.
Even while completely unfinished, New Vegas still sits as the best Fallout game.
Get fucked, Todd.
I remember the first time I played New Vegas there were Nighkin ambushes and Super Mutant patrols who had Centaurs following them.
What enb is this?

The more I watch this stuff the more amazing nv is. And the more it illustrates how awful Bethesda were/are. The game we got was a solid 9-10, but the stuff they didn't have time to implement or weren't able too because of limitations would have made this game a 12.
