@@CDornerFitness Yes, I know. Been using two risers for at basic/intermediate level for many years. Only use three with slower basic routines and I avoid "overs" and will do face front options only. Thank you for your input and recommendation! And of course your terrific videos!
I love these slower basic/intermediate every once in a while! I concentrate on perfecting the moves and making them bigger and really adding some flare with my arms!!!

I am gradually getting used to Basic to Intermediate….I’ve been giving myself a mental challenge and have tried at least 2 other routines at this level and have got through them…finally mastered the around the world..,that’s a plus in my book. Loved the walk the dog…in all of my step years had never heard of it😂😂thanks Chris👍🏾🏋🏽♂️💪🏾❤️

It doesnt matter to me that I am finally successfully doing most of Chris' advanced step classes, for various reasons (mostly physical), I dont always want to work at that level and today, at the after party, this step was perfect and brilliantly taught. I love the Nastia/Chris combo and chat. All in all a very enjoyable step routine which made me feel a whole lot better than flopping onto the sofa after a long day in the office. Thank you both.

Great workout thank you. Had been running errands all morning so appreciated the slower tempo. That playlist was a bit trippy, thought I’d had some magic mushrooms slipped into my morning cuppa lol. 😀😀

I love step!! And even choreography that’s a bit slow for me is fun because you can make it your own- run the basics, high kicks on the around the world and a little more flare in the simple steps. I loved this Chris! So good to go back a peg or too especially as I had always avoided the revolving door but now I have it!! I found it helped to put my arms straight out to the side whilst revolving & say weeeeee! 🤣. Love the shake & bake & did the Joooyce at the end! Thanks to Nastia for always bringing a shine & thanks to you for putting these awesome classes together ❤❤❤
I’ve been doing intermittent step for some months. But saying that this step workout would be perfect for someone starting out learning Intermediate step. You’re a great fitness coach, you always give great instructions when learning new steps. Thanks Chris!! 🇨🇦

Thank you Chris and Nastia! Since the workout today had to be cancelled I found this one. I loved it!! I am still a beginner, however I tried everything. I have around the world and walk the dog down. Tango not so much, but I just kept moving. I look forward to doing this one again. I followed this with Day 8 of the mobility challenge to get the stretch in for the day. Thanks again!!
