    TH-cam just wants to make sure that circus music gets more exposure. I loved this class -- the strength segments were creative. Amanda - if I had to pick smile or sarcasm, I'd pick sarcasm. Although Joyce was super sweet and I loved meeting her. Tough call. Chris somehow manages to combine both personality types.

    I’m loving step and strength. I need to add more of it into my workouts. I need to workout most days in the early AM before work and with step and strength I get both cardio and strength in one workout! Love it!
