बहुत अच्छे तरीके से बताया की कैसे डाएट फॉलो करना है। नही तो लोग खाली बताते है की ये मत खाओ वो मत खाओ इसे और भी ज्यादा खाने का मन करता है। सरजी आप इतना अच्छे तरीके से बताते हो कि बात जल्दी मन मे बस जाती है।
खुप छान सर तुम्ही जे सांगतात ती प्रत्येक गोष्ट लवकर लक्षात येते😊

1.Khane ka time fix lunch breakfast and dinner.
2.fruits khana jaruri hai.
3. Pure hafte ka khana ka plan Bana lo.
4.meals ko track karna chalu kare ki kya kha rahe hai hum diary Mai likho.
5.remove junk food from diet.
6. Excercise 30 minutes and keep drinking water.
The fact that i like about you is you do a detailed study and structure the content so well, put in a simple format...very informative...stay blessed ✨
