It's a PFE28RSHBSS. Thee dispenser panel lights up nothing functions. Filter replace light is on but I can't reset it. Ice dispenser is full so I emptied it.

Made it worse. Now the display just displays the GE logo, which I'm rapidly beginning to despise, on a 2.5 yr old $2K+ refer. All controls are unresponsive.

Did changing the board fix the flickering lights. I'm having the same problem
I fixed it without changing board. Must have been a loose wire back there unplugged the board and plugged it back in
I just replaced the board and sadly it did not fix the LED lights. They flickered badly just over a year after new and now operate at 25% power.
