How much space do you need over a wood burning pizza oven with the wood shelter? Is doesn’t look that high? Is that why the chimney splits to the side?
Hi, you don’t actually need that much space above as the chimney has a cowel on the top that diverts the smoke to the side. We put the flue outside on this kitchen because the customer wants to our bifold doors on the shelter and enclose it
This was really helpful - im building my own based on some of your tips - Would u recommend a ANAPOLEON BILEX485RBPSS or the Beefeater Signature S3000S making the choise around 800-1200 is a tuff market - any suggestions would be appreciated
@@aosoutdoorkitchens Looking at how it’s all bunched together, it’s not what you’d call spacious is it considering the size of the area. I’d of had an undercover eating area with a table, a chill out bar area, a gas pit to keep warm or even a fire to sit round. Look at some of the ones they have in America, absolutely amazing.
The gas bottle draw, what size bottle would that take? Tia
Hi Jacob, it will hold a 13kg bottle
@@aosoutdoorkitchens thank you.

Hi, beefeater no longer make the s3000, they have replaced it with the s7000 series. Both are very good grills

Could be a lot better to be honest!!
