Turn, turn, turn, as long as we have taken enough voice lessons we will hear this terminology again and again. The best teacher to me, is like you Tyler, who have so many tools for one concept, and can explain them so clearly. I am learning something new everyday, and every time I watch your video. Grateful for your videos. Thank you!
Great content, sir! As someone who is regularly told "just don't try to sing high," this was a very timely video. Singing is definitely a journey, not just a destination!
Wake up people! Every single one of exercises Tyson shares just incredible!!! Ten years of trying to connect two voices changing a shape and this one (the second) oo- ah and I’m on the head from the first try!!! Oh my god!! You are one of the best vocal coaches in the world!
Tyler....greetings from the uk.....you sir are the best....thank you so much for your priceless information and demonstrations....noone better than you my friend.
YES, yes, yes, yes!! what I thought was my mix didn't sound like my mix. Today I have finally found a "voice" that sounds very very different than a supported falsetto. The Jonas Kaufman technique works beautifully. Strange but beautifully. I love following you. I can't wait to arrange a session with you. Thank you Jeff. From the bottom ofmy mixed voice, thank you. YES!!!!
i met Jonas Kaufmanns mother in the bus a few weeks ago, such a nice lady, and now you give me his exercises =D thanks for your awesome work again, all your u-> exercises worked incredibly well for me!
What a timely video Tyler. Just a few days ago after, 17 years of consistently training my voice, I finally experienced that true mix that pops into the headvoice a have been working on strengthening this coordination. What an amazing feeling. I cannot wait to try out the towel technique. You have saved me so many more years of trying to figure out this stuff. Forever greatful bro. Keep them gems coming. 🙏🤝👊
Another awesome tip Tyler! My favorite thing about these exercises is not only are they game changers, but they come with a motivational quote at the end. \m/ appreciate all you do
amazing video! can you please do a quick video on how to sing the chorus of Van Halen"s "When its love" it seems to be the hardest chorus I've ever tried to sing bar NONE! 😩🙏
hi Tyler. when you use the turn 'turn the voice' is it basically bringing the connected chest voice up as high as you can instead of switching to head voice as you get higher. great videos as always....you are the man that every singer should watch.
Amazing! Another new way to try to find the same thing right? It looks like a SOVT maybe? Or maybe the soft tissue of the towel does its thing? What I really liked and felt awesome was the subtle pushing down of the sternum. It felt so "necessary". Thank you again for helping the world!
Can you do some video about how to increase vocal range pls You video is very helpful i think it much be great if I learned how to increase vocal range with you video
Hey Tyler do you know where your secondo passaggio is located? You have a very warm and full yet bright voice that has similar qualities to my own and I'm curious about your voice type.
Thank you Tyler. The only problem i have with the "vertical" method is the resulting tone. There is this focus on "uh" rounded "o" sound which makes it a bit classical (tone wise). It works with certain styles... Is there a way to avoid the dark "uh" vowel resulting tone?
I don’t personally feel like what I did here sounded classical, especially when I sing the sing demo. So potentially it’s how you have been approaching the turn? Maybe you’re tongue is pushing down (very common) or something else on that vein.
Hi Tyler, I can connect and do the towel trick, the problem is, when I try to sing, it does not have the power and does not sound like yours. Any advise?
How is this type of content free??? You’re incredible Tyler
You are the man! Thank you so much for these kinds words!

Loved it! How do you sing higher without increasing volume?
Please make a video on how to sing high on phrases containing closed vowels such as ee.
Do you have a song example? Maybe I’ll sing a phrase from it.
gracias señor Tyler , este video es muy util : ( para mi canto y mi colocación vocal ) ,mis bendiciones y mejores vibras para su vida !

Yes I think the towel exercise is doing lots of different things, but I would definitely say it’s in the SOVT category.
When is there gonna be another sale, Christmas? 🤔

It takes a little bit of time to get the new coordination to translate into songs. I would say just stick with it!
@@tylerwysong thank you. But other than the coordination we dont need to force it, or like get some tension on the throat right?
@@cryptomaniacph No tension on the throat please! That’s a trap. I did it for years.
@@tylerwysong okay so just practice it lightly as you mentioned, and eventually it will sound chesty, yeah?
Wysong handing out treasure maps
Found it!
Guys would you ever imagine how he can sing purple rain,
