    1. Know where you stand
    2. Get your one thing
    3. Practice daily
    Thank to TEDx.

This book has done wonders for managing stress and my physical health too. It explains the best way to breathe and ways to use breathing practises to improve physical and mental health. A very useful book. It's called The Full Breath by James Francis

💊 The first step is to know yourself and seek the truth about your abilities.
💊 Objective measures of success and feedback from others can help you understand where you stand.
💊 The second step is to pick one thing to work on instead of trying to change everything at once.
💊 Prioritize skills based on their potential impact and rate them on a scale of improvement.
💊 The final step is daily practice and commitment to getting better at your chosen skill.
💊 Excellence is earned through consistent effort, not innate talent.
💊 Jump out of bed each day with the determination to improve and learn.
💊 Follow these three steps: know yourself, pick one thing, and practice daily for self-improvement.

The Dunning-Kruger effect is not a handicap in US Presidential elections. However, the third step that she mentioned-practice daily-is spot on. And there's no better example than King Charles 3. He practiced every day for *_seventy three years_* until he achieved his goal of becoming the king. If he could do it, why not you? Assuming, of course, that you too can put in 73 years of daily practice.

Jesus loves you and wants to free you from any shackles in your life! Call upon His name and He will save you!
If you confess with your mouth “Jesus is Lord” and believe that He rose from the dead and abandon your sins, you will be saved! God bless you, have an awesome day ❤😊😊
