I just finished my ram 6.7l and I went with the rumble tune, I like it better. BTW I purchased my kit through your link since I learned how to do it by watching your videos.
Best thing I did was a delete on my 2017 F250. Otherwise completely stock. Way more power and no more emissions codes. Bought through diesel dudes with Bully dog tuner. My transmission does shift weird in 4th gear under full power, and for some reason the 5 different tune switch doesn't work. Not sure what setting I have on it but it doesn't smoke and I have way more power. One thing I don't like is the hiss at idle. Like the rumble much better but don't have that option with Bully dog. Also, I left my EGR on as I was worried about breaking the bolts, but understand it is disabled (I hope). At some point I should take it to a diesel shop and get it tuned properly. Fellow Canadian as well. No emissions checks here in BC.
The V8 diesels can really bring the horsepower, especially when tuned. The 6.7L Cummins I have sounds great on the low end, but the V8's crush it when you push them to the higher RPM's.
i did contact the tuner to ask about why my glow plugs fire up when it's hot outside. they said it's normal and to be expected. still odd to me that it does it when it's 90F outside when for the last 18 months they never did that wait to start unless it was nearly 0 outside.
It's not normal, they just say that because they don't know where the glow plug timer table is or they don't write their own tunes so they can't change it. A Stock file it's 0 glowplug run time at 60.5* the base ford delete file is 0 runtime at 140*. That's why you see it run for 2 seconds prior to starting.
@@JaegerWrenching is this something I should be concerned about? After the truck gets up to temp it doesn't do it on hot restarts. Only after parked for a few hours or overnight.
@@JustinKingOffroad It won't hurt anything. It was designed for military trucks that have to start every time. That's where the base delete file comes from.
@@JaegerWrenching ah fascinating. I have complained to diesel dudes and the tuner directly and both said it's to be expected. And seemed to ignore my comment on "it didn't do that stock!"
This is the kit for the 2022 powerstroke shrsl.com/4ke0o the only downside is that on the 2022+ ford ECMs you can only tune a stock power delete tune. If you want SOTF tuning you have to do an ecm swap.
It’s a good idea to connect a battery charger any time you are tuning the truck. If your batteries are in good condition you shouldn’t have any issues without a charger though.
Idk if you can or not I have a lml with ezlink and I can’t find it anywhere mine hisses but I love it and wouldn’t change to the rumble anyway but I did look
I can tell you live out in Saskatchewan, the cracked windshield tells me everything. Seems everyone out in BC, Alberta etc have cracked windshields. My buddy drove out west and came back with a busted windshield.
It's aggressive tuning. More fuel at low RPMs (some of it remains unburned and comes out as black smoke) creates more volume pushing through the hot side of the turbo hence creating boost more rapidly and more power. Plus I'm pretty sure he had a heavy load on that Dyno to get those numbers.
What about the electrical issue in the cab?!?! Everything shuts off inside now it’s a pain!!!! Truck keeps running great etc… however it’s almost like you turn everything off on the inside. Off on off on, constantly! Says service charging system
The delete won’t cause the issues you are having. You either did something wrong or have another issue. It literally says “service charging system” so what that means is your batteries aren’t getting charged to the right voltage, which would also make sense why the stuff on the inside is turning off because it’s trying to save every last drop of power to keep the truck running so it’s shutting off all extra unnecessary power usage. Make sure your alternator wire is hooked up, make sure batteries are connected properly
No matter what you do to the Ford or Chevy it will never make the torque of the cummins. If you run the exact same horse power on all 3 the cummins would smoke the other 2 on torque! Longer stroke , better balanced and the crank shaft only weighs around 80 lbs on the It's and 160 on the I-6 cummins 🤔

This is the video I wanted from you after shopping for delete kits.

The hiss. It sounds like a jet setting on a run way. Cool
My truck has plenty of rumble with a 5" exhaust so I like the hiss turbo sound myself better.Keep up the nice work my friend!👍
Gotta love this hiss tune I have both though lol an 11 with hiss and 17 with rumble still can’t make up what one sounds better
Hiss for me. Kinda sounds like a jet engine, i think, LOL!
Ruble is sick
That Rumble is really nice!
I have a 18 with a 6” lift 14wides and 37s. I get the same mpg results. Glad to see the powerstroke content! 🫡🫡
Any chance of powerstroke merch dropping 👀
Looks like that windshield needs a re-tune🤣
I like both of the tunes but I think if I was able to do my truck it would be rumble
I like the rumble tune better! Just ordered my kit from Diesel Dudes for my 2019 F450!
Awesome man 👊🏻
Rumble sounds really good at idle but it definitely needs more hiss. Big fan of turbo noise
I’m a fan of the turbo noise myself

I’m a Cummins fan but the new Fords are the best new truck on the road
Ya man I’m a big fan of the new fords myself

between Ford, GM and Ram which one of them as a whole do you see having the least amount of issues engine and transmission wise?
Im currently a single tune user, would you connect a battery charger when changing between the emissions off tunes? Or just the initial one?
It’s a good idea to connect a battery charger any time you are tuning the truck. If your batteries are in good condition you shouldn’t have any issues without a charger though.
Can you get those rumble and hiss tunes for the LML?

Do you have a video of how to remove a 23 powerstroke downpipe?
Not yet

Not in the works yet but it’s on my “to do” list
@ do you have any tips for walking off a v-band off the backside of a powerstroke turbo?
I’ve got a 2018 powerstroke tuned and deleted with the ezlynk auto agent 3 aswell. But mine doesn’t smoke nearly that much
please tell me when the 24 duramax kit is coming out?
What TCM tune do you recommend
Rumble tune sounds good
I like the hiss tune sounds like my lml with 100 hp tune ezlink I love the sound
Like the hiss also 💯
Just to confirm. The last dyno run was using the 200hp tune?
ever run it on a dragy?
Rumble baby !!
The rumble tune for me
Why does it roll Cole

And now a moment of silence for the transmission
Rumble tune all the way

My man 👊🏻
I got 18 mpg did the ccv delete and it brought it up to 19-20
That’s very interesting id like to try that out for myself. I wouldn’t think it would make a difference
@darkirondiesel me either, the only other thing I did was take the throttle plate out and add an s&s kit so who knows
Now bolt a pair of stock wheels on the back and redyno the same truck for us
Do you have a L5P tune for the powerstroke? Lol 😝
Everytime i see the thumb nail i think it Jake Paul talkin bout truck!
Haha man everyone comes up to me and says that
It doesn't even sound like the dyno loads the truck up on the pulls
It doesn't.
Hell yeah BRO
I am sure this is super reliable.
Rumble better. How did mileage make out? If I lived up there, I’d delete my truck. 👍
Rumble for sure.

Rumble. Hiss are annoying. At least on the 6.7 Cummins

Don’t they claim these things make over 1000lb ft from the factory?
Yes, at the crank. The dyno does not load the truck enough to produce full power.

It’s a nose ring, I paid money to get that put there. Hurt like hell too.
Can't stand Fords or the turdburglars that own them but love the content
You gonna come out with any flex fit Dark iron diesel hats?
I could add some to the site for sure!
Right on
Only Ford owners wear flex fit hats.
Rumble is way better.
That hiss tune is so annoying.
I love it
Yep ugly ass wheels is right!
I love the pollution👍💪😈😋
Needs more air density and less fuel. It'll smoke less and make more power.
I did this on my truck. It’s fun and pulls like a donkey but stock transmission not gonna like it for long
