    I hate doing valve clearances, at least it’s easier on these than the ones with shims that need replacing. Anyway thanks for the video, just came to refresh my memory before tackling mine tomorrow 👍🏻

    Hi , how did you pull out the two metal coolant tubes to be able to remove valve cover ?

    Hey, did you use the ''T'' mark on the rotor ? I'm in trouble with it because the landmark on the Pinion don't fit with the Technical review ?

    You need to replace gaskets when taking off the heads...I'm gonna look at my buddy's 500 soon it looks to be similar

      You don't remove the cylinder head to do valve clearances 🤣...maybe better to leave your buddies bike alone😎

    Hello, I just bought an old GPZ from 93'. I was struggling very hard to remove the water pipes on top of the engine, the aluminium pipe is stuck in the block. I tried WD40, not even budging. For you was easy? Do you have any advice? Thank you! Great job for having the patience to film this!

      Keep spraying WD40 And try levering , They are only held in with rubber O rings which will need to be replaced with new ones;

      Angry
      It's fairly easy to do , Shouldn't be an expensive job for a pro mechanic , Maybe a couple of hours labour time. Thanks for comment.

      All bikes need valve checks as per service guide.
