Thanks for the review! 😊 In the *very* high ISO images in Ft. Point, ISO 50,000-200,000, it's not the basic noise that seems problematic, but the concentric rings.

Thanks for watching! We agree, we think it was because we had a pre release version of the camera with beta software. The photos looked great on the camera LCD in the Higher ISO ranges but I think at the time of filming and editing this video, Adobe wasn't able to fully support the file format. Hopefully it has been resolved

Wonderful video and very informative. I recently bought the m11 2 weeks back. But I only do black and white (fyi I'm not a pro). I still have the option of returning but then I do away with the option of color (even its 0.1% of the time). Would you recommend returning the m11 and going for the m11 M instead? Or are the differences not noticeable between the m11 and m11 M in post processing?

The color version will give you more options when converting from color to BW by letting you adjust the luminosity of each color channel as you wish. For instance it is easier to turn blue skies into deep black with the color version. On the monochrome you will need a physical filter to do that.

Wonderful tonality although very clinical. It would have been nice to see a variety of sample portraits with subjects having different skin colors.

Black and white sensor does not have color information so you can’t pull back highlights. but if you expose it right, you bring information from the shadows. shit ton of information!
