    I was a baker for many years when I was younger and have made thousands of pork pies. I live in Canada now and couldn't find a proper pork pie for love or money. I've made my own large ones a few times times now and find the easiest way to jelly them is to use a turkey baster. Thanks for your videos. They take me back many years and watching you work brings back so many good memories.

    I don’t understand why these aren’t made here in the States. My parents and grandmother are from England and they always talk about having a good meat pie. Can’t imagine they wouldn’t go well here, especially in the upper Midwest I’m going to tackle them this winter. Thanks for sharing. Merry Christmas 🎄🇺🇸 BTW you need a lot more subs!     i have done your hot water pastry ,pork pies and hot pot ,may i say they were spot on ,cant seem to use the dolly but using a mould ie spring form tin really good results thank you,any chance of a chicken pie large and individual sorry if im being cheeky

      Funny you should say that. I made a chicken and mushroom pie today for some guests unfortunately I didn't have time to film it. I'll TH-cam it in the new year.
