You should run DAW hyper core on this build. Seems like a great option for the track build it seems you’re going for. Also a nice contrast with big turbo 440 and hyper core 340
What would be a good option for a upgrade manifold that can keep emissions? Would just make it a lot easier instead of removing and reinstalling for testing
Kern where did you get those injector spacers from the middle piece for the injector and rail my BN kit didn’t come with it or was it supposed to come with one

Hi @kern417 Today i got fitted M LSD to my M240i manual. All good, but when i am in the gear and let off the gas there is small jerk. Is it normal? Or my ecu need to adjust for lsd??

Really wish it relocated the coolant hoses from under the intake, they were an absolute PITA on my 126k mile car
can't relocate it with the stock core because it's attached. and no matter what that's where the connections are

The stock core heats soaks bad enough.. let alone with aluminium surrounding it. For the sake of adding port to have inevitable higher IAT is 🤯
so you think if not going port there is no need for the upgraded aluminium core?
stock cooling doesn't heat soak with stock turbo. worked great on track.
@@kern417 at 1.2 bar its happy. Making jam at 1.5bar it will soak

i'm not sure what you're referring to. the car has the stock valve cover.

How different is this from the BMS Aluminum Intake Manifold, they look pretty much the same besides the price and this one having the BN logo
Map sensor fix is the biggest thing that sets apart the BN manifold so there's no cutting or modification required and install is nice and smooth.

RK will be much better for higher hp builds.

Upgraded manifold without improvement of AIT, I personally feel like it’s a waste.
That's why those cost an arm & a leg.
if you don't need improved IATs then it's absolutely worth it
