You know, "reuse," is the dirtiest word in the action figure collecting community, no matter the line. It pisses collectors off to know end. Joker Parts Alfred aside, I like the Batmobile. Even though this is my least favorite incarnation of the vehicle. I always thought it was too ostentatious. Maybe it's the oversized fin, like you said, or maybe it's all the lights. I don't know but, yeah, "toyetic," nails it. Still cool though and, if I had the room, I would get one. I barely have the space for my Aquaman and Storm.
Mattel's version at the end of their dc multiverse line was better. Figure is cool to have, needs work.. batmobile too. But again, mcfarlane delivers stuff we aint getting anywhere else!

Mattel released a Gough Alfred near the end of the line. Their Alfred came with 4 heads and Gough was one of them. He looks like Gough today? Im assuming that’s sarcasm given he’s been dead for forever. :) I don’t see the problem with the reuse. This Alfred figure would not have sold worth a damn on its own. That’s why he was placed in this box set. There’s zero reason to tool a new body. This suit looks like Alfred. He doesn’t need anything special joint-wise.
There was actually a comic where it turns out Alfred was the Joker and he hired the villians to fight Batman to help him deal with his trauma or something
2:44 At the end of their DC Multiverse line, Mattel gave us an Alfred. It came with four heads, including this movie version, '66 TV one, a comic one, and this other weird one I don't remember exactly what it was.
I hope the solo release alfred we’ll eventually get (like lucius and catwoman) has a better tuxedo, skin tone, and some accessories. I was really excited when i heard the leaks but i’m pretty bummed by how alfred looks.
My problem with McFarlane is that he has really good quality figures, but always seems to stumble at the finish line. The '89 Batmobile gray canopy, the red leggings on Supergirl, the corpse flesh tone on Alfred, the green LEDs on the Forever-mobile. It's like he gives us JUST enough to satisfy the need, but in the case of '89 Batmobile, once he got our money THEN he color corrected. I highly expect Alfred to have a single release, fixed skin color. Same with the much needed blue lights for the Batmobile. I wish his QC was just a fraction of a point better in their effort. He has great, low cost products... But c'mon and put in a LITTLE extra effort my guy.
The make it like a toy was said for Batman and Robin not forever. The studio had trouble selling. The rights to mech for forever not many was interested so when it was a big hit there wasn’t much mech out there
I want to get this soo badly. Batman forever was one of the first live action films I remember as a kid. But it’s been replaced by better films. I would find myself disgusted about getting a figure off a franchise that has been replaced with better. People who buy things off of nostalgia disgust me.
I just opened my batmobile and this Alfred isn't bad but for me I'm gonna be using the Mattel Gough Alfred and Mattel kilmer Batman for this batmobile until McFarlane gets us a proper panther suit Batman! Im gonna use this McFarlane Alfreds body for a Bruce Wayne figure because Gough Alfred didn't wear a normal suit and tie, a 3 jokers joker body would've been perfect but as usual with McFarlane everything he puts out is 95% and that 5% is huge!
Also if you really hate the re-use of this suit. Youre really going to hate an animated style BTAS Two Face and Blackmask that's got to be in the pipeline. And just like he did with Mr. Freeze, he's going to make an OK one, then make a BTAS inspired one. Just wait and see.

Bruh I’d have to say this complaint on reuse is nonsense. It’s Alfred. Completely complimentary character. Thus reuse is entirely warranted. The paint apps is a issue but that’s it.
I really don't see the necessity of using a different body for an Alfred. And besides a different head they used a different tie. If they had used Jokers string tie... now that would have been lazy. This well this males sense and it looks like they put the extra coins saved to put into the head sculpt. I kinda like it when they do that it makes customizing easy. Im getting another criminal Joker and probably some wrestler clearance figure head to make a "PIMP." Specifically, a "PIMP named Slickback." ans yes, say the name in its entirety.

I'm a collector and it doesn't bother me that they reuse body bucks. McFarlane figures are 24 bucks and they are amazing.

The tie is clearly a new scope. In chest plate of Alfred so it’s not a full joker body swap.
