    Hi Giles, Many thanks for your educational films on M.E.. I have been following them for a few years. The sound of the sea in the background is very therapeutic too! Well done for creating these posts and shaing your tips.

    brilliant thaknks for the uploads, been ill with cfs for 7 years got worse past year or so and want to build up a bit of movement to try to get off my mobility scooter at least on shorter walks

    Great stuff, I have been doing gentle yoga for about 12 months and although it hasn't impacted the M.E. itself it does help with relieving muscle pains and eases some of the very bad tension in my neck and shoulders
