    -The color of your jade!
If you have a piece of jade that is a really nice, beautiful intense color. Congrats! You either have a beautiful, valuable jade. Or it might be treated...
    -The Texture of your jade!
-The sound of your jade (Mostly for bangles)
    -Speak to a trusted professional!
    Four types of jade:
Type A: Natural, untreated, undergoes a traditional process, no "artificial treatments", "true" color.
Type B: Chemically bleached to remove impurities, injected with ploymer with the use of a centrifuge to enhance translucency, covered with hard and clear plastic like coating, subject to instability and discoloration over time because ploymer gets broken down by heat or household detergent, still 100% read jade with 100% natural color.
Type C: Chemically bleached, dyed to enhance color, subject to
discoloration over time due to reaction with strong light, body heat or household detergent.
Type D: Simulated, not jade(Quartz, glass) made look like jade.

The pitch sound test is not always a sure test. A slightly translucent bangle can ring nice if it’s cut thinly. Whereas a better translucent bangle may ring lower because it’s thicker cut.

After watching your video I remember wen have some small unpolished bangles (kids size) wayback late or early 1990s. Our aunty have it to us. It was given by her employer who has a Jade shop. We also have some Chinese stamps with Chinese letterings/marks. It was just last year that I took out those bangles and stamps and have them thrown away because we dunno what those markings mean and the old man carved on top of the stamps. After watching this video I went back to check if we still have some left and we do have 2 bangles and 2 stamps. OMG! They sound just like your bangles. I also checked the sound with some Jade beads I have and they sound like your bangles. Thanks for the education. I'll keep the left bangles and stamps.

my last video is about how to understand if a stone is orginal jade stone. To find out if the jade stone is real or fake. First of all, attach a hair strand to jade stone. look with a lighter see how it reacts. If this stone is a real jade stone, this strand of hair will not burn. there is only the soot of the (fire of ) lighter on stone. Even when you can clean soot with your hand, and soot goes away.

I have grape jade that came from an antique grapes 🍇 decoration. You can see all the natural colors and inclusions . I think that’s how you describe it lol. It looks like the colors of the Burma green light. Would that also make this sound? Or like glass/rock? Since it’s a grape shape and small like a rock. When I clack them together they do sound different than just clacking rocks or marbles. Higher pitch not that high since they are a half inch long and round like a grape. I want to make a bracelet for them

Jade Stone's Effect on Weather (Historical Article by Assoc. Dr. Ahmet EĞİTEN
      there was info about this.
Mahmud of Kashgar said, "Whoever is with "Kaş", the lightning will not burn him." He states that it does not burn, and the second one means that if a thirsty man puts this stone in his mouth, his thirst goes away.
The Turks used to carry this "Kaş" stone, which is clean white or black, in the ring to protect it from lightning, thirst and lightning.

*According to Chinese sources, the Huns defeated their enemies by bringing rain, hail and snow, or by making a furnace and wind, and they had oracles who could do this.
It is recorded that they protected themselves in this way against an invasion of the Dwarves (Juan-juan) who became stronger in the 5th century.
Elsewhere, when the events of 449 are mentioned, there is a record as follows: "In the Yueban people, who were under the rule of the Northern Huns, there were such priests that when they stood against the attacks of the Dwarves, they brought heavy rain and storms.

Your sound Test is not good at all. When you touch the real Jade bengal, it makes a sharp clanging sound because it is HANGING and the resonance is not being disturbed. Whereas as when you touch the Glass on your cabinet it make is dull glass sound because the sheet of glass is not hanging. You should find a piece of Real Glass the same size and shape of the Jade Bengal you have and only then touch it or hit it to determine the sound test.
