Thank you for this information, Kristin. I have been an active target and sport shooter for over 10 years now in Canada and have owned almost every type of firearm except for a shotgun. I'm currently in the process of looking to purchase my first shotgun and found this video on chokes to be very informative. Thank you.
Nice job Kristen, you are by far one of my favorite presenters. Very clear information. My wife and I have a Beretta 1301 tactical 12 gauge, and when I bought it I didn’t know that some shotguns have chokes. Great gun.

so my new shotgun came with a tube installed, a ported tube, bur it's probably just a cylinder open choke right?
