None of these methods worked for me either - but I moved the folder out of My Documents into a different folder and the thumbnails appeared.

nope none of this stuff worked. moved my files to an external drive to transfer to a new computer and cant see any thumbnails.

uninstall one drive because the onedrive memory is full
