The number of earthquakes increase indicates clearly a change in the location of the Capital. However Delhi could remain as an industrialised city. This will solve many problems. It's important to maintain the capital peaceful and serene with as less a number of people as possible, but with good road, communication and airport connectivity, located in central India like South Madhya Pradesh.
