Happy New brother. I'm @86K on my 2020 Bluebaru. I paid my STI off right when I bought it in January 2022. I upgraded from the 2017 WRX. The STI is a perfect daily driver as you stated. Subaru needs to make another STI. If the y do i might buy it. Have a safe and fun Subie STI year brother. We are leaving that fun and positive subie life. I'm out here in Oceanside Ca. Oh yeahhhh.
Happy New Year! Nice!! That's a great upgrade and nice to see you putting miles on it and enjoying your car with no car note! Look forward to a new EV or hybrid STI in the next few years 😅😬

Great video! You have gained a subscriber and I’ve saved a bunch of your maintenance videos for future use. I admire your dedication to the maintenance and upkeep of your STi. You clearly understand that this vehicle is a legend and the last of its kind. Especially now considering Subaru isn’t making STi’s any longer. Congratulations on paying off your car. Not having a car note is a major plus especially for a young man like yourself.👍🏼 As for mods, keep it strictly for the longevity of the car and its life! Air/oil separator, a more efficient radiator and a GetADom 4th cylinder mod should keep your car running longer and stronger!💪🏼
Thanks and welcome to the channel! Yes paying off the car was definitely a great decision! And thanks for the mod suggestions, I'm always looking for more ways to improve the car ✌️
my brz ts 2020 only has 20k miles but i also need to replace the windshield sucks the newers cars now will not be stick and its like a dying thing but all good OLD is GOLD easy to fix cheaper parts.. going to build a CRX or a ek9 as a cheap daily but they are hard to find clean
Yea the windshield is one of those things that take so much abuse from rocks, especially with so many larger trucks on the road. Both cars are definitely nice options 👌
@@STi_Alan worse on cars with all that silly video driving tracking sensors you'll need calibration and some brands needs to be sent back to dealer for that special calibration fee $ lol.. new cars now days have way too much crap in them
@@aboodehaffar3184 haha yep! If the STI would’ve been available for me to factory order one, i definitely would’ve went with WRB! By I love the car nonetheless ✌️
@ I’m looking for another 2018-2021 STI. Prices seem good but it’s hard to get one that some guy didn’t modify, I want one stock and had just 1 owner. Lots of WRX and STI have crash on carfax because guys think they can drive in snow and ice with the stock summer performance tires. I tried once to drive with the summer tires, I couldn’t stop at all! Dealers here in NY never tell anyone about this and they end up crashing
@ It's definitely difficult to find one that hasn't been roughed up for a good price! That's true, a lot of STI's especially from warmer states have summer tires from factory and they end up being sold like that in colder places
There not as bad as everyone makes them to be but the drivers man a lot of them no clue what there doing coupled with pour maintenance practices I’m coming up on 70k km on my 19sti and she’s pretty modified but not the way most people do it lol
Congrats on paying off the Sti man!
Thanks man! It’s definitely a great feeling
Congratulations on 3 Years Alan🎉
Really enjoyed the video content and Quality.
Thank you!! I’m glad you enjoyed!
Congrats on paying it off always a good feeling
Thank you! It has certainly been a weight off my shoulder!

Only a Subaru can look this good after 100k miles💪🏾❤️
Yessir! ✌️
Congrats man! Excited to see more videos with this subie
Thank you! Look forward to more ✌️
Congratulations, Alan. Here's to another 100k miles on the road!!! 🦾
Thank you! Lets go!! My subie is ready for more ✌️
Congrats Alan! Tell Kevin to let you show up on his channel, you deserve it! Also congrats on the milestone!
Thanks man! If you look closely you might see me in the background editing 😂

Much love for WRX STI 💙💙💙

nice
Thanks! ✌
170k miles on original stock gvb sti engine, runs strong
Nice!! That's what I like to hear!
Living in Des Moines all-wheel drive kinda a necessity!...
Most definitely!
I owned a brand new 2016 STI that was silver, like a fool I sold it, I thought a new STI was coming out with 400hp
Aww man! 😭 I was looking forward to a 400hp STI too but when I heard the 2022 WRX wouldn't have an STI, I bought this one

@ I’m gonna buy a low mile one owner 2018-2021 STI I just decided, not even worried about the price, I figure $35,000-$38,000 maximum
That Dolly reveal 😂
🐾 Dolly just wanted the treat 😂
100k on original clutch?
Yep! With mostly highway miles though, so that definitely makes a difference
@@STi_Alan thats still amazing. im sure you could have does 60k with all city.
Try to make it to 200k on original engine, that would go viral, first reliable subaru 😂
🫡 Challenge accepted!
My Hyperblue STi is at 88,000. If anyone is interested in hearing what works for me, let me know.
Nice!! ✌️
Reaching 100,000 miles shouldn’t ever be impressive but for this known weak engine , it’s apparently good. 😂
