    I juiced carrots for about a year, and at my yearly eye check up, my sight had improved slightly. My sight had stayed the same (not better or worse) for about 9-10 years prior to that check up, so any improvement was a big deal for me. My eye doc was impressed as well because she rarely sees a person's eyesight get better. I juiced about a pound of carrots per day.

      Raw spinach isn't healthy...it's got anti-nutrients like oxalic acid for instance and blocks minerals...stay away from that crap and bananas are hybridized to contain insulin spiking sugar. Almond milk is full off "other" ingredients that are bad for health too! Even almonds contain anti-nutrients so best to just have eggs/egg yolks (Duck eggs are best) and liver.

    • @RebeccaMcCagueSipe
      @RebeccaMcCagueSipe 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@DougHNuts-ee3vn You need to realize that bananas that almost lose its green is the least sweetest. It's when they're totally ripe that bananas have the most sugar. Spinach is healthy. Wash it and eat it when it's fresh. *ORGANIC FOOD is what the LORD gave us to heal our bodies!*
      *Dark Green Leafy Vegetables FIGHTS CANCER.* I serve these to my family almost every day. We probably eat spinach about every other week.

    This is great! I had Smoked Salmon today in a fusilli pasta salad, veggies and a dressing with mayonnaise, lemon juice, pinch of salt, fresh ground pepper, pitch of cayenne. Simply the best! I did not know I would like salmon and the pink Himalayan salt made it delicious. I have been working on all my spices to go organic, the pink salt is awesome and organic cinnamon is delicious. Of course I did not put the cinnamon in the salad but it is great in pumpkin pancakes. This video is great, I have been adding these vegetables into my diet planning in more ways than one. Thank you.

    The term "vitamin K" refers to a whole group of vitamins. Spinach provides vitamin K1, which is involved with the blood clotting mechanism. It is my information that the K vitamin group which is involved with calcium absorption, along with D3, into the bones is the vitamin K2 group, i.e., menaquinone 7, et,al, Comments welcome.

      I am a senior. I am allergic to prunes, found in all shellfish, some vegetables. I've done alot of research & found that fresh berries are included in the "dirty dozen" foods. Carrots, peas, corn, beets have healthy vitamins, but if you are trying to loose weight they are high on the glycemic index.

    Make no mistake about this one, which is that I am all about correcting my distance vision, and not correcting my up close vision, because over correcting distance vision is important, because being able to see better far away than normal gives you more advantages than having any correction to up close vision without glasses proves that the farther you see without glasses the better outcome, because than you don't have to worry about the limits that do exist!

    I have macular degeneration at 55. Actually it was starting at 52 already, but my eye doctor didn't tell me. Cans of sockeye salmon are outrageously expensive.

    Thanks for the video. I appreciate the topic. Yea for sweet potatoes and blueberries 👍Wish inclusion would have indicated more foods second or runner ups if can't eat number one choices.

    Without even knowing, I realized when I ate blueberries my left eye felt better.
