All right, so Vic used "Give it a go." TWICE. If I were you I'd sue him for catchphrase copyright infringement - but NOT before he makes some extra Hot Dog Rib Liners! Sounds yummy, and not hard at all if you just save a bit of pork leftover from supper last night...
I thought this was a family channel? Look at that cook book! Impressive to say the least. Jokes aside. The double take had me questioning my sanity. 6/5!
I think these were Pepperidge Farm rustic white or something like that, but Martin’s potato rolls *are* awesome and would have brought a little something extra to the sandwich.
He nailed the catchphrase.
Nice guest host.
Not using calipers!? Outrageous! So outrageous it might just work.
HA!!! Loved the matching shirts!
My favorite part!!
What a phenomenal guest spot. I love this channel!!
Well that is an 'original' creation. I would try that! Thanks.
Awesome job, Vic! Interesting choice of plus up with the chopped apples, I’ll have to try that someday.
Also, that is one amazing kitchen. Cheers!
Vic,gotta say you did a pretty good job with the "Let's give it a go"!But can anyone explain the name of this sandwich?Rib liners??
Is it like "sticks to your ribs"? Keeps you full?
@@KK-moonlite I think so! I didn't get the reference either but assumed that to be the case.
That Jolly Rovers group sounds like a big heaping help of fun!
Looks tasty! I laughed at the busting out the calipers line, not something you hear referenced too often!

Interesting. Chopped up or minced hot dogs? Mebbe. Pork and cheese ( I'd go with sharp cheddar) and Granny Smith? Oh Yeah.
Oh hell yeah re: the apple plus up
Excellent! Martin's potato rolls hopefully? You can't get them here in California but they're the best!! Also toaster ovens are super efficient
"A go!" Nailed it!
Hollowing the bun seems like a made up task you’d give a little kid to make them feel like they’re helping 😂
How can i apply to be a guest host?
Go to SandwichesOfHistory.com and fill out the form. Your info goes into a spreadsheet. I use a random number generator to choose.
always a fan of granny smith plus ups
Imitation is the most sincere form of flattery.
That was the goal!
Maybe sauerkraut with the apples one??

Sounds similar to Bologna Salad Sandwich.

Congrats on reaching 30k subs! 🎉
Thank you!
i audibly keked at the apples
I leaned forward after he took the first bite. Love the channel and I love sammies!
Love that he got the cross-section pics! Now that's attention to detail.
picklesssss
Nice job, Vic!
I ate an entire one pound block of velveeta cheese within the last hour. Am I going to die?
No. But once it processes through your digestive tract, you might want to. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon.
Yes.
RIP
♥️🥪♥️🥪♥️🥪♥️🥪♥️
This sandwich is well named!
Wonderful!
Do you know artie?
I do indeed!
uh, he added like, triple the amount of cheese called for.
I think they were using a 1/2 tablespoon measure. But if not, I think the more cheese the better!
@@Captain_ACABThat’s right, I forgot to explain that (those were 1/2 tbsps). Also, it was 2 tsp of mayo but I said tablespoons.
Good job!
Excellent.
Not sure who does the thumbnail photo, but damn. That's a weird way to hold a sandwich.
Come on, Rick. Be cool, man
P.S. No way that dude hikes 😂
LOL only every morning. But as you suspected, not miles and miles (at least not these days).
