Tony Hirst is a great presenter and the best on this show. It's come to a point where I'm massively disappointed when I watch one of these videos and get on of the Canadian voiceovers.
I mean, I think they're nice. But, they're aren't... you know... NOICE.

When you work with food you just get used to it, and the temptation goes. I used to work in an ice-cream & dessert shop and I was never tempted to eat anything there because it was in my face all the time

You get used to the aroma. I worked at a bakery for 3 years and my boss made these incredible chocolate nutella praline croissants called chocolatine. He'd go in at 3am every day to laminate the dough and set them on trays to proof. By 7am all I had to do was bake them off. The smell, the pastry, the nutella. I ate so many in my first year and really the temptation is kinda always there but I don't need thunder thighs plus my check pants were getting tight.
