- The Special Air Service Regiment, officially abbreviated SASR though commonly known as the SAS, is a special forces unit of the Australian Army. Formed in 1957, it was modelled on the British SAS sharing the motto, "Who Dares Wins". The regiment is based at Campbell Barracks, in Swanbourne, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, and is a direct command unit of the Special Operations Command. It has taken part in operations in Borneo, Vietnam, Somalia, East Timor, Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as many other peacekeeping missions. The SASR also provides a counter-terrorist capability, and has been involved in a number of domestic security operations.

really bro you couldve use any other thumbnail. then you say killing that guy in the field was based as fuck? Im all for dark humor but that pretty low buddy. Wrong place wrong time and he gets plugged by some soldier.
I base my opinion on conversations I've had with operators, we've discussed this and what happened. Aswell as how the CoC is treating all the operators now that the fighting is over, suddenly everything is being unearthed and no higher command is taking the responsibility they should and that the are legally obligated to take aswell.
@@thykebaby_boi207 alright i dont know the full story but i watched the video and it didnt see like a good kill. The guy was pleading with them. I dont know if he was a unarmed enemy or not. But in they video, those operators couldve handled it differently but obviously taking a prisoner wasnt apart of their mission.
