This is great, the only addition, we add Old Bay to the shrimp while cooking and it tops it off for flavor. Broccoli and onions are our go too veggies too.

I've never tried old bay in a dish like this. I have used it for more of a Cajun dish though. I'll have to try it out!

Looks like I would cook the onions more. Probably use a smaller or finer cut with the onions too.

I love that stuff. I usually use udon noodles, but others on occasion. I like noodles in my shrimp.
