Hi kid!!! I like the quick stuff and I tell you why. I work five days a week and when I get home I fire up the grill and while that is coming up to temp I down a six pack of Budd. Toss something on the grill and after about five minutes I tell the wife supper is ready. If it’s done or not we eat. That is why I need a quick cook time. Thanks for any help you can give me!!!
Can't wait to try and love the quick week night recipes. Also love the fact you aren't wearing those black food prep gloves...it creeps me out watching chefs wear those! 😳 🤣
The only thing i do differently, is i add some cajun seasoning to the shrimp, stir them up in a bowl, let them rest for 5 mins in the seasoning, then on the griddle they go.

So, question about the seafood…. Since there is allergy to shellfish involved, how can a fish like pollock or salmon be substituted? Nate, can you give a 1-2-3 substitution instruction as a reply, please? (E.g.: prep and incorporating cook of the substitute).. Thank you… PS: very impressive, your chopsticks handling…. Never could do the chopsticks thing… gimme a fork any day…

I don’t even have that… 1. I have a 36” culinary 2. Whether I get the 22” “kit” (called portable oven), or spend the “yuuuuge” investment $$ on the standalone oven, I don’t have the real estate to place it anywhere “useful” or in mobile park rule compliance…. So, my local pizza shop isn’t going to hurt for now
@@Henk_H I think Blackstone knew they were coming out with a big, standalone unit. They should’ve just waited. All they did was make a lot of customers upset like myself I would’ve never built one if I could’ve bought one even though it’s pricey. I guess thats a big business though.
