I just did the same but I used my Rockwell Model T at 5 then dial down to 3 on second pass. Butterfly opening is so much better just open barn door and rinse out the clogs--easy peasey.

I hear great things about Pasteur's. One of my pen pals and vendors I order from is Laugur's shave soap from Sweden. Nina makes outstanding vegan shave soap, and Pastuer's is the only US store to carry it. I ordered directly from her. She has done a 25-minute interview on You Tube. Just google Laugur. Great interview and some great shots of Sweden! Sunshine would be in heaven. All the best.
My Man! Good to catch another one of your videos. Stirling makes some great soaps and is one of the artisan soap makers that is well respected in wet shaving community. Check out A&E, Noble Otter, House of Mammoth, Declaration Grooming, PAA, and others that I can't think of. All great for the average wet shavers.
I just bought the rockwell 6c and also have the leaf razor. Whats yours reccomendation abought this two razors and should i used them one for head and one for face. Or should i used them for both and what blade goes better with them . And a tip or how should i use the 6c and the platos. To have the best shave experience
I’d probably use the LEAF for the head shave and with the 6c I start with more aggressive plates for the first pass and dial down for the second and third passes
I like my 6c but the handle's knurling isn't aggressive enough. I shave in the shower so I need a good grip. I put a $3 stainless handle on my 6c. It's the same length as the original but the knurling is far more aggressive. Also, I'm finding the #4 head isn't aggressive enough so I'm going to test the 5 plate.
Normally, I would like to use clippers or an electric razor to eliminate the long hairs that could clog up the razor.....no....not a single problem with this razor! (I don't have this razor yet but I did ask santa hahahaha)

Just got the 6c gun metal today I put a Wilkerson ⚔️ on plate 3 man that thing is a performer and feels great on the hand

Is it any better than Gillette adjustable, or Merkur progress? Setting 1 does not give you BBS, right? Thanks!
Setting one can do the job using the three pass system. I love this razor - one of my favs.
