48 is marketing magic word, while it is actually 4 sockets (each end) having 8 sizes (4 metric and 4 imperial), so actually it has 2 ends x 4 sockets x 2 sizes =16 sizes on 8 sockets from 2 ends.

I don't think this is a good tool to have. If you want to open a nut and bolt in a hard to reach places the bulky head it has will never allow it to happen. A normal flat and ring spanner will have to be used.
How it is 48 in 1 . have you tried to find out ? have you tried with a square head bolt ? in confined places it is not workable as the round head of sockets will obstruct the space. You have just shown for a simple hexagonal head bolt. For any tool , I would request you explore for all types of jobs in many conditions then only you can make out whether it is more or less useful.

It's to bulky and it doesn't have a 15mm with is one of more normal sizes.
Very heavy. Best to go with torque wrench or ratchet wrench.
