I never understood why we don't do like the Japanese when it comes to area lighting. When I lived there, I would often times see nighttime construction work in which they had what looked like illuminated balloons on a pole diffusing light in a much large area. I have yet to see that here.

1st up. WOW, a battery powered light on a pole almost like every other but fancier looking. Obviously a paid-for add for Makita....
I used to have to pound ground rods in by hand. It's been a while but IIRC it was at least three 6' rods screwed end-to-end. That job sucked.
Why you pounding ground rods in. All you need is yourself and a bottle of water.
I wonder if the limit on the saw is due to overheating. If so they could have added a heat sink where the reciprocating action runs a pump with water running through the heat sink.

the idea that 3k lumens is enough is absolutely absurd. or maybe i'm just blind as shit cuz my neck light outputs 4k lumens and that is like brighter than sunlight but in my face. 20 ft away it's useless so how would that makita work light be anywhere near adequate? also Makita is Made in China, not japan. Tired of companies being able to call themselves america, japanese, or whatever when everything they sell is made or sourced from china.

the biggest problem is to transport tools to a working place and back. i would prefer not to handle a bulb stand with size of a rocket launcher😂 usualy you can place simple flashlight 18v same led at some shelve or materials pallets etc.

Yes it is on purpose. Most European countries pronounce it like that. Same with advertisements. They pronounce it Ad-vert-ise- ments.
I do believe that both words are pronounced wrong by us.
