Got minor iv about 2weeks now and its sounds good better than airpods gen 3. I dunno its just my opinion. I considered marshall because of the tweeking eq app. Still observing. Who knows?
Good quality building and good looking. Good ergonomics for my ears as well. Now the cons , range of Bluetooth after 5 meters is terrible. No noice cancel. Battery do not last long. I use them only when my jbl's are drained or hard to find. Final verdict they do the job but that's all. P.S In terms of volume they are loud. No prob there. Good day fellas
Very helpful review covering all the essential features a user needs to consider. I'm looking for a new pair of open fit earphones so this has been a great help. Thanks 👍
My power beats pro stop working recently and Im insteresting on that's marshall but I don't know if the quality sound are better than the power beats or I should looking for JBL
It isn't the best honestly. If you are playing casually then yes sure, but I wouldn't use these for competitive games on PC, you could get better for the same price
It depends. I used it to workout and it worked great, but when my wife used it, it fell out a few times while running. It depends on your ear size etc because these are open fit and they don't seal in your ears.
I haven't played around with too many in this price range, but from the ones I have tested it is definitely higher on the list. If you find earphones with silicone tips they might have better base and sound better in noisier environments, so it all depends on what your needs are, but these sound good
How is the bass compared to AirPods? And please give any other information I should know! I want to buy on Black Friday for my wife but I’m unsure of which ones I should buy. They are similar in price at the moment and my wife has already owned AirPods and didn’t care too much about them.
I find the bass very lacking to be honest. Even maxing it out with the EQ it’s very bad compared to the JBL Tune Flex I had before. If you can get airpods for the same price I‘d honestly go for those, since they are more comfortable (I have small ears, so the smaller and smoother airpods work better for me) or the Tune Flex, which have bass, ANC and a better fit for less money (mine just had issues so I thought I‘d try some marshalls. Not too happy so far)
As far as I remember you download the app and simply open the case, (but leave them inside). Your phone should auto detect them, but you can also hold down the button at the bottom of the case and it should start blinking blue. Once connected to your phone if you open the app it should detect them and it should work
Thanks man, unfortunately there is an issue with pixel phones and android 14 so I guess 7 months down the line, the issue is more likely to solve itself.
Good video, but what is known about the harmful effects of buds on the brain regarding Bluetooth electronics? After measuring the frequency of Apple earbuds-see various videos on TH-cam and such-it appears that this EMF radiation significantly exceeds the allowed frequency. Anyone??
This is a topic I have been really interested in and some or most articles that I have read all say thay it isn't harmful because of the wavelengths etc and the duration of use. I actually started looking because I was curious about smart watches and rings
Dont buy them if you have a google pixel phone. Theyre quite good earbuds, however the app does not work with pixel phones and they havent fixed it in 7+ months this will be more or less of an issue depending on the person, but the lack of aftercare and support from Marshall has been poor at best.
Stay away only got mine recently and the brass fitting on the end of the buds came loose and it got stuck in the case... so now one can't charge.. was googling price for these recently €140 and Ali express for €30
got these a couple of weeks ago, compared to my older ipod wired ear buds....these are poor in terms of volume, poor bass and overall sound quality. I have a google pixel 7, the app is not compatible with with android 14 OS.. so i can't use the Marshall APP to tune them, the app doesn't recognize them (??).. and Marshall tells me "sorry, we don't have a fix for this yet"... ? I would not buy them again, they look and feel super cool, but thats the end of it, poorly tuned, not sure what Marshall was thinking. I will probably shell out for Apple airpods Pro gen 2 and offload these to one of my kids of my kids.
They are trash I threw them on the wall from frustration because the music keeps playing even with my headphones off because I be wanting to connect them to my other phone but it won’t let me it only lets me with headsets ugh 😑 I’m only buying their speakers not headphones
mine doesnt charge continuesly, i use only 15 min and low bat, when i charge it in the case, the blinking red, stop after a few seconds. is it defect, how to return it?
Charge your phone, the phone provides power to the headphones OTA, it’s a very complex system. The other thing you can try is to fill up a tall glass with warm water and let the ear buds and the case soak in the water for 24 hours, should reverse the polarity and correct the battery life issue.
I like them a lot, but they def aren't perfect so just wanted to make sure to show that. They work great for 95% of my use case and then the other 5% I just push through or don't use them, but that 5% could be someone else's 95% if that makes sense.
@@Jacqie That makes sense. I read a review by The Sound Guys, and it didn't look good. I might be going with the Sony LinkBuds, but I haven't decided yet
Terrible product. Only the design is superb. Everything else is really bad, a real disappointment for this brand. The bass is very bad, use on more than one device (not simultaneously) is challenging in terms of connection, and one of the headphones no longer charges after 1 month of use. It is definitely to be avoided!
I just bought minor 3 recently.n it’s performing well.I’m really enjoying my music now.
That's awesome. Really happy to hear that you are enjoying it
how good are they compared to airpods??
I’m getting them right now great video I hate silicon tips so these are great
Glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you enjoy them as well
Ya tips ain't for me either.
Apple airpods 2nd gen or this?
Got minor iv about 2weeks now and its sounds good better than airpods gen 3. I dunno its just my opinion. I considered marshall because of the tweeking eq app. Still observing. Who knows?
Can I use it as an amp? 😁
Good quality building and good looking. Good ergonomics for my ears as well. Now the cons , range of Bluetooth after 5 meters is terrible. No noice cancel. Battery do not last long. Thank you for your input, appreciate it
@Jacqie your welcome
the video quality is off the charts! instant subbed
Thank you so much for the sub. I appreciate it. Glad you enjoyed the video
Very helpful review covering all the essential features a user needs to consider. I'm looking for a new pair of open fit earphones so this has been a great help. Thanks 👍
Glad you found the video helpful and that you enjoyed it. Hoping you enjoy your new earphones as well.
Do you reckon it is worth upgrading to the 4s?
mines make a sorround noise when there's no volume. Am I the only one?
My marshall minor 3 is connecting separately.. two Bluetooth connection
My power beats pro stop working recently and Im insteresting on that's marshall but I don't know if the quality sound are better than the power beats or I should looking for JBL
What is that keyboard you are using mate?
I cant decide between this or airpods 2 or jbl live flex
Same. Mic Quality is important. Also case size.
Do these earphones support multiple devices connection?
Unfortunately not. You can only connect one device at a time and it defaults to auto connect to the last connected device
I just ordered this Marshall earbuds Let's see how's it....i will get back to you...by the way nice video bro.... thanks...❤
Glad you enjoyed it and hope you enjoy the buds
How was it? The minor 3?
How is that ??
I have connection issues on minor 3
Oh no what's the problem?
My minor 3 one side is not working when i charge😢
They could be faulty, maybe try to exchange them.
Is this good for Gaming also?
It isn't the best honestly. If you are playing casually then yes sure, but I wouldn't use these for competitive games on PC, you could get better for the same price
How about gaming on phone?
Space A40....Superb...
Can you locate the ear buds if one is lost around the house ?
how about don't lose them?! you wouldnt survive in the 90's would you?
Are in-ear earphones or over the ear headphones better for phone calls especially in a noisy environment?
depending on what model/shape of in ears, it will differ but if you have a lets say pair of stem in ears then theyll usually have a better mic
Galaxy Buds 2 Pro or This?
These.
is this good for athletes? or someone who enjoys working out or training while listening to music
It depends. I used it to workout and it worked great, but when my wife used it, it fell out a few times while running. It depends on your ear size etc because these are open fit and they don't seal in your ears.
do they have a microphone?
yes.
I enjoy watching your videos
Really happy to hear that and thanks for watching.
Is this better than its competitors at its price range? Or do you prefer an alternative instead?
I haven't played around with too many in this price range, but from the ones I have tested it is definitely higher on the list.

Have you (or anyone around you) noticed that they leak much sound on higher volume? My airpods leaks alot and I'm now looking for other earbuds.
i might reconsider getting this
@@gabriela0958 I got these now, they are really good! (both my apple airpods leaked sound)
Maybe you just need smaller ears....😂
@@Anth230 yeah, probably, i was called the elephant as a child
I have small ears and I have the same problem with my airpods 3 I just ordered this one I hope its better
I just got them as a birthday present. Great audio quality and what not; my only issue is getting them to fit into my tiny baby ear holes
That is unfortunately the one bad side of these
Are they better then AirPods gen 2 ?
I have not tested Airpods before so I can't give you an answer on this sorry.

I can't say but some people have said they prefer these while other say airpods,

Also just sad to see the lack of support
Thank you for video
No problem, glad you enjoyed it
some comments are bad, i think maybe of fake products... i am realy posing to buy this, im afraid i will end up buying the fake
Is possible to control the volume on the earbuds without the app?
You can only control the volume via the device you are using. So you will have to change volume with you phone or switch or whatever
5 hours is not good enough... Why would you not give microphone examples?
Stay away only got mine recently and the brass fitting on the end of the buds came loose and it got stuck in the case... so now one can't charge.. was googling price for these recently €140 and Ali express for €30
You bought minor 3? I got mine minor 4 and its been 2weeks still good.
They drop out while u are walking outside
Like I said, it might not work for everyone, for me they sit securely, but for others it might not
Can anyone tell me how to update the firmware on Marshall minor 3.. Thank you
You can update the firmware via the Marshall Bluetooth App on your smartphone.
It is support marshall bluetooth app???
It does yes, I showed the features in the video

Um the minor 4 is out. Just saying
So this video was made before the minor 4s were released. The minor 4 has barely been released and this video is 8 months old
This has noise cancelling?
It does not. If you want noise canceling you need to look at the Marshall Motif ANC
