Now I can follow you twice (both in your English and Spanish channels)! I speak Spanish natively, but I'm an English teacher. Your English is pretty good! Let's take over the English-speaking audiophile-review market!
Very nice vid of your faves. My 6 are Doscincos (Estrellas coming tmrw), Meteors, Bravado mkII, Scarlet Mini, Rinko and OH10 (which will be replaced by the Estrellas in my box). As you can see, I need my Bass. Cheers mate, errr eerrm (enjoyed your counter).
@@Icecold_Art very pleased. Similar bass (graphs almost identical) to Doscincos but because of the extended treble/soundstage of the Estrellas the bass isn’t quite as impactful, but still enough. If you watch all reviews you’ll learn something about the Estrellas having inverted polarity. I was dismayed at first and started looking at cables that don’t have ear hooks so I could plug in my cable backwards. Then I realized that this isn’t so much a fault as it is a feature. Jay's measuring rig was set up backwards. Not sure if it was intentional. Apparently inverted polarity does something to the center channel and the drivers are pulling instead of pushing. I’m no expert on this and may be getting something wrong. But the effect is interesting. It may be tricking us into feeling a huge soundstage. I hear nothing “wrong” with the output/sound and it drives just as easy as the Doscincos (heard that inverted polarity can affect output). So I started to compare and enjoy the Estrellas. The stereo effect is enhanced somehow. The new Sonion E50 super tweeters sound like ESTs. The treble resides higher up over your head and there’s greater height and separation with the lows, mids and highs. The treble is ethereal. Can be a bit much if the track has a lot of treble energy. When I went back to Doscincos, I realized how good the treble is on them as well. Not as ethereal but for a warm all rounder that bangs and satisfies in all 3 zones. The Doscincos are more of a basshead set. The Estrellas are something of a unique vintage. They’re both great gaming sets. I listen to Spotify almost all the time while gaming on my PS5 when doing VR and there’s no EQ on console Spotify. Both are very engaging. I’d trust the imaging on the Doscincos more for critical gaming but the Estrellas may be more fun. Both have great imaging, separation and layering. Can’t wait to see what’s next from Ziigaat. I feel they really get it.
@@moonsofjupiter Thank You so much for this detailed comparison, i'm currently on the Fence whether to get the Estrella,Xenns Tea Pro or the Hype 4 maybe, currently rocking the cheap single beryllium coated DD Sivga Que and it is great for what it is. I'm amazed how far iem's have gotten since I last were trying them, like the Klipsch X1, It certainlt challenges the expensive over ear headphones I've been using for so many years...
@@Icecold_Art my pleasure. You have good taste and prob can’t go wrong with those choices. I would go Estrella and even perhaps Doscincos if you’re looking for an everyday killer with more impactful bass than the other ones. Tea Pro if you really value mids/vocals (has the most pinna gain). I don’t think Hype 4 does anything super special but is a good all rounder. You’d save money with the Ziigaats and can put that toward a better cable. Other iems mentioned have better packaging and cables but you probably have a few nice 2 pin cables about. Both Ziigaats ($269/$300) sound like $500 iems packaged like a $200 iem. I’ll take that any day. So many great choices now with tech moving fast. It’s either very good or a real problem depending on how you look at it😭
@@moonsofjupiter While thank You for your kind words, I'm an artist, illustrator so having a good taste sort of fits ;). For one, I'd take Meze 109 pro for looks alone. Now regarding the iems. Vocals are actually most important to me. I listen to a lot of ballads from 70's or 80's. Think for example, The Temple of the King ( Axel Rudi Pell version. I LOVE Knopfler and Dire Straits. Fleetwood Mac and such. I had a hunch that the Tea would suit me, albeit I'm a coffee guy haha. I also wonder if the tea MK2 would be better, or not... I do not need much bass, just enough for the music to not sound dry, but I'm not enjoying when it is forced on me either. Any type of electronic music is the least of my library. 75% old rock, ballads etc 25% Metal and rest, next to no rap.
@@shijikoruthninan5419 Yes its a wide spectrum of really good Iems , with specific genere were they shine and to what source they fit, tubes to the cleanest Dac/Amp
Maybe its because I am a native spanish speaker that I don't seem to have any sort of distraction when you say the erm's and err's, on the contrary, to me they make your video a more natural, non scripted kind of "organic" conversation. which is something I appreciate to listen from a reviewer. But if you wish to minimize them I'd say you are on the right track when you are aware of them and even using a counter, it amused me. Im expecting the Estrellas my first Ziigaat and another first for me the Deuce form Fatfreq, so yeah i enjoy sets coloured on the bass end, but those falcon Ultras have been in my list for a while now. Hope you enjoy your vacations. Thumb up and thanks for video.
