For real ask Continental why they don’t have a performance winter tire. I called and was told NOT to put the Viking 7s on my focus st because the speed rating is so low (118mph)
My only option is an all season now, so that’s what I bought

I had my piano black ceramic coated because everyone commented when it was dirty and with fingerprints. So yeah clean piano black is a flex
I've never thought about ceramic coating any of our piano black interiors. Not a bad idea
@@Sickwitit18 i think ppf may be better actually. Ceramic coating doesnt prevent scratches and swirls that are easily visible on piano black.

Bought my first set of snow tires last year and it changed my whole snow driving experience! It's crazy the difference it makes!!!

Saw one here in the Montreal West Island 2 months ago at a high end car wash in pearl white. It looked drop dead beautiful and pictures and videos don't do it justice. It looks so much better in person and better looking than a Tesla Plaid inside out IMHO. You will be addicted to this car! Love your reviews guys and this review is spot on. Thanks!

I technically live North of Toronto in Portland OR and part of why I moved here is to no longer need snow tires! We get snow less than once a year and if it sticks its a miracle (outside of the freak storm we had in February). And the ambient temps are high enough for me to run Michelin PS4S all year round!
The front has a hint of Scirocco R, IMO. I really like it.

I didn't think I would like the back end tail light design, but it looks futuristic, what Audi used to look like in the early 2010s.
I would get this tho...I think Taycan is faster, but we all know the Plaid is crazy

The RS model is not going to depreciate very much over the years, it has a reliable battery pack and killer performance. However...the base model can be had with a Performance pack and will likely depreciate much faster and that's how I'm hoping to get into one of these in 3 years or so!

The rear tail lights are too big. If they were slim like the headlights and didn’t hang so low it would look way better. Love everything else.
The Taycan's light bar is a lot more slim than this. Oh, the luxury of having enough money to be forced to pick between the two...
I'm not rich but I keep my piano black trim spotless because of my mild OCD lol. Microfibre cloth kept in the centre armrest storage solves everything!
I know you guys always give us great info on these newer rides but how about doing a old school ride every now and then??
Great review. Though not a fan of "Rip Taycan" that so many reviewers are pushing out for this car. The Taycan from what I've seen still handles better at all levels (the RS GT is known to feel very boat-like when pushed) and its design is subjective.

As a Minnesota resident, some of us know how to drive in the winter. We we are comfortable with all season tires.
love this car and the Porsche.. Wish I had the $$$ to get one. However my one thing I disagree for my day to day.. I hate buttons now.. I hop in my Kia, in my ford, in my company Dodge / Nissan and I die inside at all the buttons and ones that never. NEVER. get used. I have a model 3 (35k miles now on it), 80+% on autopilot and I find nothing on the touchscreen hard to use or overcome, especially when its on autopilot. Wipers, even on autopilot, NP, hit the stock once, raining bad, the button is right next to my hand by the wheel on the screen, tap it, done. I find nothing hard to overcome on Tesla infotainment and leaves me not caring for buttons at all.. I would say the only thing, least my model and year is missing, is the AC/Heat control doesn't give me the ability to turn off passenger entirely (Newer 2021 models and above can), but the rest is fine and not hard to use.
Back to this review, this and the Porsche are my two favorites though and damn there amazing. Just a plain driver / fun car..

Guru was absolutely correct about the piano black trim in the interior. It’s also true that most people that have piano black grand pianos in their houses as opposed to other types of wood finishes are likely to have cleaning people that come to their houses regularly and polish their pianos.
When the emphasis in upper level cars was more toward luxury rather than performance white wall tires were popular. The significance in that began with chauffeurs and signified that the owner of the car could afford to have someone keep the sides of their tires white and free of dirt unlike the masses who didn’t have the time.

Lmao!! Winter tires 🤣 I absolutely love U guys. I am a subscriber. I have been for a couple years now. I don’t think I ever comment, if I ever have…but tonight! Look, I live in Dallas, TX. We don’t have winter down here. We only have to seasons. Hot & F’n Hot!! I mean we get a couple weeks out of the year that qualify as winter. we had a crazy winter blast a few years ago. Caused quite the havoc. In all my days I’ve never seen it, but the temperature was actually 1 degree!! Screwed the metroplex up for weeks too!! I don’t think anyone had these winter tires U speak of! But back to winter tires…I needed a good laugh today!! U guys do the BEST reviews on cars. From Vans to Porsche’s & everything else in the middle. Great channel. Winter tires, lol! I look forward to everyone’s hate mail!

I watched this video when it first came out and that generated sound has been sticking with me ever since. This is the first generated sound I've liked in an electric car. I could listen to this for a long trip and not want to rip my ears off.
With that said: Audi, please stop burying these beautifully crafted cars under black everything. At least do some contrast stitching.
