The McLaren 720S is testament to how fast the world of modern cars progresses. Just a few years ago, McLaren unveiled the P1 as the fastest car it had ever built. The 720S is faster.
Thanks to someone with a PHD, this car is able to put its phenomenal power down with remarkable efficiency, allowing the driver to explore the redline of 8200rpm, and live to tell the tale.
And, this car caused pandemonium everywhere we went, which means it probably looks pretty good, too.
And all of this could be yours for just under R7million.

Mclaren says 700 horsepower on the tin, but looking at the dyno thier might be as much as 800 horses under the bonnet, crazy good job mclaren😍

The 720S has a real world +-800hp (not 720), has been timed to 100 kph in 2.7s (2.5s on a drag strip; see youtube channel Dragtimes) and 200kph in 7s... Hypercar pace for sure.
Could we please have car specs in metric measurements also (can do both kw and hp)🙏🏼, some videos only mention Hp instead of kW.

Ayanda Vilakazi y true the 720s isn't suppose to go against the 911 gt2rs performante and the pista bc they're all track versions of the basics the 720lt is going to be the track version of the 720s but the 720s already destroys them so no need for an LT but yes release the beast

I agree unless its soft instrumentals then don't play it, lets hear the car put some mic's all over that thing any mechanical sounds will do the focus is the car after all...i would have loved to see the launch up close without any sound effects. Great shots of the car tho.

know why idiots because BMW has 600hp that's underrated suppose to be 700hp on a dyno and it's great to see how off the M5 will be on a 720s and yes the M5 is in the 10s actually 10.8 tested to be exact so all of you get your facts straight like BMWs inline 6. Oh by the way I just wanted to see what happens the M5 will loose but I don't think by much it's like comparing the NSX to a Lambo and guess what the NSX wins and there are videos
BMW 4 Life forget the hp, the weight alone puts the M5 on another league and the aerodynamics. Try comparing this with 488 and this is still faster.
