These are genius exercises. Especially the breathing technique with the ball which I use while doing the thing that causes my pelvic torsion...

These are beautifully explained exercises!, both in demonstration and the verbal cues!

I’ve myofascial pain / hypertonic PF and working on abdominal / diaphragm release has helped me and my Pt to identify the torsion- tightness on left side, inactive right side seems stuck in PPT (after multiple herniations / stenosis)Still trying to determine my patterns and these are so helpful :)

Hello thx for sharing your knowledge 🙏 feel little bit beter after 1 day 3 times your excercices! Small question is it bad to do it both ways? No matter left or right tilt? In a day or 2 or 3 gonna try your second video maybe i find the answer there 🙏

Should I do both sides? My left leg is normally shorter than the right?

Hi. Thank you for your message. No, if the the left leg is the short leg, this suggests you are in a left pelvic torsion so this is the correct video sequence for you (see pelvic torsion information video). So, don’t do both sides, follow the left piriformis and right hip flexor sequence. When it straightens up (the legs are equal and the lower back symptoms reduced), then do both sides to maintain balance. Good luck !

my pelvis is twisted clockwise. Left side pushing backwards and right side coming forward. And my right leg tends to feel shorter as I walk. Are these exercises for the this alignment corrections or should I flip them

If you left side is going back and right side forwards then this is the correct exercise combination for you! Good luck! We can always zoom a 1:1 session if you need further help!

My right hip is higher and my leg is shorter. Are these exercises ok for me? Sorry for my English. Greetings from Argentina

I think that’d mean this video would be the opposite for you. Right glute stretch and left flexor stretch for you.

Is this exercise for right pelvic torsion ?
