@@863pilot Slow? The Honda is limited to 150mph/250kph. That's pretty fast. It could do more, if it weren't limited. But, who needs all that speed in a canyon, where the fun is?
@@scottamolinari two wheel fun can be had anywhere and I’ve got some videos of me hitting corners on her at 130. I’d love to see a CB 1000R SP for riders like me who want comforts and sporty
@@scottamolinari here’s what I mean lol I get what you’re saying but they need a SP model for us dads who like to push it a little bit. Once I get time off I’m taking it to a track to really rip on her but I’m sure I’ll come to the same conclusion. Great bike but needs a SP model or RR th-cam.com/video/MPj-B6HuOJ4/w-d-xo.html
Yes it does get really tiresome but it’s the internet lol if I wasn’t ready for the clout I shouldn’t have ever uploaded!! I’m dropping some vids tonight!
@@863pilot I'm on my 2nd black edition. had one last year and bought and brought a brand new one this year. I'm 70kg and I've had 153 indicated. I've found if you use more of 3rd and 4th you can carry more speed through 5th and 6th. Waiting on the ECU unlock on Euro5 models
I rode the cb650r and the bike felt really smooth like the throttle, clutch, shifting and everything. does the cb1000r feel the same? I have an mt09 and I love it but it’s not really a smooth bike. It doesn’t matter to me how fast they are it’s plenty fast for the street
It’s definitely a smoother ride then the 9. I’ve ridden a 9 and they’re bonkers lol I was throttle wheeling in 2nd. The CB is a smooth operator never to tamed to pull the front wheel up tho. IMO it’s the smoothest bike in it’s class. The “everyday liter bike” I’d dub it.
Can’t go wrong with either! I was going to get the gsxs myself but could never find one new lol that says a lot to me. The cb I could never find it used which also said a lot to me.
For some reason other fast bikes feel like they are trying to get me to go fast safely. The MT09 felt like it got up that day, took one look at me and decided it was going to rocket me into next year. It just feels more raucous.
Windscreens can be a double edged sword on a naked. What may increase aerodynamics may also decrease stability. I don’t want an increase in headshake just to get to that 150mph limit. Once I’m tuned flashed dynoed the whole 9 I’ll see about increasing speed if I decide to continue that path.
Honda usually send the US a much lesser versions of their bikes if you google a 2022 cbr600 US version versus a 2022 cbr 600 there are major differences between the two. My CB will need work to get the full power I rightfully purchased.
I know that wind blast was insane 😂
Wow u got thats awesome
She’s a great bike can’t wait to tune her
And, just so we are clear, this is not what you buy this bike for. It's for the twisties.
I thought everybody knew nakeds weren’t fast.

Mines bigger, mines faster. And...... I think you all loves your bikes, speed means 0 there always one faster. It is the HONDA feelin that counts!!!!

@@863pilot thanks for the reply I was thinking maybe the gsxs1000 or the cb1000r from what I seen for the road they are both amazing bikes

Thank you

Cb1000r cool as fuck bike, bet you were feeling the wind at that speed 😅
Ye need some sort of front shield on it the wind is taking the speed down

Different strokes for different folks . You got a fine steed keep it rubber side down
Thank you and you as well!
154mph limited somehow with 1k revs still available on my 2020 CB1kR.
Maybe 160 if revs all the way dunno
Your cb is a euro model. In America we get a much lesser version. Will be getting a tune here one of these days.
done 151 mph on my 2022 version , 76 kg
I tested top speed my CB1000R 2023, it can be 250KM/H
Why a CB1000R at that max speed 🤨
I guess they wanted a super sleek bike ready to tackle anything. 140 is fast. I can hardly do 120 around corners😝😭
Carry on like that pal and the only place your going is hell🤞Nice bike though.
Thanks for watching!
? Hornet 600 pega 130 a 140 km/h original porque sera que a cb 1000 manteve somente 140km/h 🤔

240 in km/u but i bet it can do 20 more than add im already at 120km/u at 5k out of 12k rpm before redline i guess thats 170mph

160 mph on the 2018 stock
