    Last summer, I was going to the gym everyday for three months because of you! I missed you so much! I lost motivation after going back to school, doing full time student teaching for two semesters, I was so stressed and tired, the last thing I thought about was the gym, tbh. I just graduated and now, I am slowly coming back to the gym and now I’m back to watching you and I feel EVEN MORE MOTIVATED! You’re truly amazing, Whitney! Thank the Lord for you. ☺️

    Can we get some more push/pull split workouts? I've been using these same two vids while marathon training and would love to switch it up. You're the only female on TH-cam I can find that splits this way, so THANK YOU FOR BEING A BADASS!

    I love the explanation of exactly what muscle we should be targeting because sometimes I do an exercise and my friend tells me you should feel it “here” and I don’t feel it there one bit so obvi I know my form is wrong then or maybe I’m just weak and a stronger muscle is taking over. this is too long anyways THANK YOU WHITNEY

    I had been out of the gym for 4-5 weeks due to many problems going on with me body externally as well as internally which lead to me feeling frustrated and messed up mentally because I couldn’t do anything in those weeks. Fast forward, i’ve now started back at the gym this week and the first exercise I did was this one and it kicked my bum. My arms 💪🏽😱😱😭😭 .. it had been so long since I’ve done any type of workout and this truly kicked my rear haha. I loved it!!!!! Of course it took at least 4 days for it to heal and come back to normal-almost but I really enjoyed this exercise. Will keep this in my books for upper body workouts.

    Could you also show us how to change the attachments on some of the machines? I’m extremely new to the gym and using equipment and have no one to go with! It would be super nice to quickly see how to change them out properly? Or if anyone knows if she’s shown it before?

      You just clip on the attachments using the carabiner on the machines :) You'll see the carabiner at the end of the cable. All attachments have a hole in them, so you'd just put the carabiner through there and you're done!

    I am just starting my fitness journey and am extremely disappointed at myself for getting the the weight I am at this moment in time. I discovered that I love weights it calmed me down and makes me happy I have been watching your videos to help me find a routine and I am extremely excited to start.     Ooooh my god! Yesterday I tried your lat pulldown with single arm emphasis. The video came just in the right time when I wanted to add something new to my routine and it made such a huge difference in my lat pulldowns.     The lat pull down machine has never felt quite right and I’ve never really felt in my back, even though I’m desperately trying to connect my mind with the muscle. That being said, I tried the last pull downs on the cable machine and OMGOSH! BINGO!!!! I finally had success. So sore! Thanks girl!
