    I love this. So I’m very beginner and I don’t really know where these muscles are that I need to think about when I am in the gym. And I work out alone. I was wondering if you could do videos of updated workout routine and have someone point out what muscles you are working out. If that makes sense.

    As much as I like those amazing short insta workout vids, sometimes I get confused about the exact form I should have or things I should be paying attention to - it would be great if your longer/more wordy TH-cam videos could be more indepth about how to maintain good form and where you should be feeling the burn, like more technical and sciencey maybe? I find those types of videos help me a lot, especially when I’m focusing on a muscle group or trying out new exercises

      You should get a personal trainer to explain the movements to you instead of watching some girl with no qualifications.
      Injuries are not fun and can decrease your workout range

    Hey whit could you do a dos and don’t video demonstrating what to do and what not to do maybe in each muscle category. I feel like sometimes I have trouble with form and not feeling the right muscles working when doing certain exercises! Also just made a huge gymshark order can’t wait for it to come in!

      I second this please! I don’t really understand what muscle are best and workouts are best for each day! I’d love you see your workout split :)

      Muscle grouping becomes easier once you start to feel and remember which workouts work specific muscles...then you can start to group these together on the same day. The main reason you work a muscle group all in one day is so you’re not working it in every workout and it has a chance to rest and recovery. Muscle builds through recovery not the lift! ❤️

    I can’t stand when people use the phrase «for women» in fitness..... There is no special type of protein that works better for women, or some kind of trainingmethod etc. Women can use the same trainingprogram as men, and the other way around

    Yes to updated workout split!!!! And I love this style of video as opposed to voiceover. I’m sure it takes longer but I love seeing your gorgeous face more AND I love how you are explaining things more in depth and the specific muscle group you are working instead of just saying shoulders or back etc. LOVE YOU WHIT💕💕💕
