Can you do a beginner series? Like how to start at the gym, a workout split for specific goals( bulk or lose fat) and using gym equipment and how to step it up?? I’m scared of not knowing how to work it and not getting anything out of a workout

i followed the back portion of this workout today (biceps were still sore from back and biceps the other day but my back has not been feeling activated AT ALL recently with the exercises i’ve been doing) so gave the back portion a go to really try activate my lats and rear delts and oh my godddddd game changer; my new favourite upper body workout, gonna do the whole thing the next back and bicep day but honestly this is so good my rear delts were on fire and my lats are still feeling worse for wear like 3 hours later, honestly so good never felt a burn like this!!!

Just wanted to share a tip with a bent over row ! I saw a major difference and felt a bigger pinche when I lift up but stop when my elbow reaches my ribs if that makes sense. So I stretch all the way down and then lift till my elbow reaches my ribs and pinche/squeeze ! Girl I swear you will feel your lats
Love the workouts this month!!! Got me sore but ripped hellz yeah! Maybe you could do inner,outer, upper thigh workout with calves my gym doesn’t have the thigh machines some reason. Love this workout though seriously!!! I also just got that pepper spray last Thursday a man tried breaking into my apartment at 7am right after my boyfriend left for work so they come in handy
