Every morning when I wake up I tell myself, "it's a beautiful day to be alive" and that sets the mood for my day. Even on hard days like yesterday, I was let go from my job. I love how you keep in mind some people go to busy gyms and it's hard to claim a machine/cable/bench sometimes - glad all your supersets can be done in one place!
Diana Orona my trainer has got me doing giant sets, so 3/4 exercises in a row with certain variations - sometimes I have to “reserve” three machines/pieces of equipment at the same time and I’m the biggest jerk in the gym...I love finding ways to do all the same movements on one machine or with one piece of equipment! That’s why Whitney’s videos always come in handy!
After having two babies, my body never went back to being the same. I had accepted my destiny but after watching your videos you motivated me to be a better version of myself. My body doesn't have to go back to looking the same, but I can actually look BETTER! Thank you so much. ❤❤

I’d always been chubby my entire life and got bullied in high school because of it. I'm not nearly advanced as you and can't do 95% of the things you can do. If you could please do more videos like that showing how you can take away certain things to make it easier for beginners or add for advanced that way it would be helpful for everyone that would be fantastic! You inspire me so much and give me confidence and a plan in the gym otherwise it's so overwhelming for me and I never know what to do. I’m comment #418, so chances are you’ve checked out but wanted to tell you my split that I have been loving! 1. Back and Tri 2. Shoulder and bi 3. Legs Legs Legs 😊 Repeat and I throw in a cardio/abs day once a week BecauSe there is a lot of elbow flexion (bicep) in most pulling motions your biceps will get fried pairing them up on back day. I like triceps with back because the long head of the tricep contributes I. Shoulder extension and it’s fun to tie the two together. You can also crank on each muscle group more because it gets more of a break while working the other. I love my split right now...so I want everyone else to love it too. 😊 Thanks for all you do!

I recently discovered you through your amazon leggings review and girl. Lemme tell you. I have been watching you literally nonstop. I just restarted my fitness journey and I really didn’t know how to structure my workouts. I wanted to have more confidence in the gym so I didn’t feel silly doing something I wasn’t sure was correct or even made sense for what I wanted to focus on. You have honestly changed my life. I’m excited to work out 6 times a week. One month in and everyone keeps stopping me saying I look great. I’m happy to say that this feels like a lifestyle, not just something that will pass. I dont know if you will get to this question i was wondering i know you post alot of leg and booty exercises and i wonder if you knew what you did now would you say your older post were as effective than the newer ones (like workout out smarter not harder)? or would you just start with the newer episodes?
