some of my FAVOURITE things in this videoooo: the match sequence, not one but TWO TOM CAMEOS - how did we get soooo lucky, roger snoozing on thursday and you writing the sequel to my latest FAVOURITE BOOOOOOOK ♥
I'd be interested in getting a little tour of your favorite book shelf. Your videos expose me to so many different books, and I could always use a few more to add to my backlog. Haha 19:00 I love how threatening your note is with the all caps. 😂 20:45 Yes, your blood sugar does rise when you eat. Foods have what's called a glycemic index (GI) which basically tells you how much a certain food will increase your blood sugar levels. For most people, GI isn't _that_ important because your liver and pancreas do a good job of regulating blood sugar levels, but with certain conditions (such as diabetes) having foods with a lower or higher GI (depending on your circumstances) can be very important.
oohh thank you for the information! I was going to google when I was editing this video, but forget. My go to when I'm hungry is to say "I have zero blood sugar" and I never verified if that joke is indeed correct. Thanks for being here! 🥰🥰
Hey Megan, I just wanted to thank you for doing what you do and how you give attention to those that comment... I don't remember which video, but you recommended to a commenter the Red Rising series because you had heard good things but hadn't read. I had heard the same, but forgot about it until I saw your comment. Your comment spurred me to pick it up, ended up reading the whole original Red Rising trilogy in about 10 days. It is soooo good. Just thought I'd share this little story to let you know you are appreciated.
That makes me so happy! Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️🥺 I love connecting with people in the comments! Everyone is so wonderful, yourself included. Now I'm wondering if I need to read Red Rising! I've heard great things too. Thanks for being here 🥰

Haha you're the BEST ❤️ TWO TOM CAMEOS
You got one of my favorite series! I love the Veronica Speedwell series. I'm on book #6 now. I haven't heard anybody talk about it. :)
Yay! I'm so glad!! I'm loving it so much 😍 💕

Lovely vlog! Thank you for using my song again ✨
Thank YOU for your music 🥰
Love the music in the background. And I'm going to check out if I can find any Deanna Rayborn books here in Oz.
Thank you so much! I hope you like them 🥰
Thanks for watching and commenting ❤️
