I had a program thermostat and one day my house was very cold so I look at the thermostat and it need new batteries so when I put them in the thermostat was not program right so I call this Furnace Co. And the guy was telling me that it was the Mother Broad which I knew it was not.So I call other Furnace Co. And this guy telling me that my furnace is broken cause the green light that was flashing was doing some that I cannot recall Well! I knew he was full of dog shit too! Well ! To start off I had want to have my furnace clean and Chang that dam program thermostat to the old fashion around thermostat.Anyway this guy was trying his dam best to get a screw loosen but couldn't my furnace got clean and when the guy frist came to my house he started by saying I am not here to give you a sale pitch and I say thank you! Cause I am not trying to buy anything. Well! He couldnot get that screw loosen and he adjust my air flow to me and drop! The gas valve.So I had to call him back and had to pay once again and I ask why he go to me cause now that you want me to try again to get the screw loosen it will be a service charge! Which I was fussing but any way he was banging on the gas line and I go to myself LORD! I HOPE HE DOESNOT BLOW UP MY 🏡 HOUSE.AND he drill into the screw and finally got what he wanted.but at the same time he forgot to shut off the gas and when he went to test what he had done the gas came on and he quickly reach for the shut off valve and I garb his shoulder and said my GOD ! AND he burn some of the hair's that was on his hand.and I ask him was it my Mother board? He goes to me No! But my furnace is broken well I knew that was a big fat lie cause it wasnot it was that Dam program thermostat.Well ! He put in a new thermostat for me the round honeywell.and I will never call these two furnace Co. Again cause they are a rip off! And trying to just make $$$ money off who ever they can.Oh! I had call the Co.about their service guy and told them what this man did to my furnace cause I had my grandchildrens and great-grandson staying here with me at the time and my husband is bedridden and I didnot want a fire to break out especially a gas fire.well they the co.told me I donot think that our guy would cause no harm to you.yeah right!!. These people's will try to take advantage of anyone they can.But not me cause my dad GOD rest his soul was an electrician and a jack of all trades he do what he was doing and I use to help him.Oh! By the way I am a female.So a warning to this co.Stop! Trying to rip poor people's OFF! or anyone to just line your pockets.
