Saint Cloud - Located just South of one of Orlando's hottest master planned communities (Lake Nona), St. Cloud is part of Osceola County and is one of the hottest parts of Central FL.

Great info, the only thing I would mention on your list is about Wedgefield Fl, it had Test results in 2016 show high levels of potentially cancer-causing byproduct in the water supply. Not sure if they figured that issue out, but could create concern for home buyers looking into that area.

I still love Horizon West, even with traffic picking up within the last 5-7 years. If you have kids the schools are amazing and as for jobs you do have to drive in to the City but I think it's still worth it, especially if you like Disney.

I've lived in Orlando for over 40 years; the only one of these five communities I consider good is Longwood. And Longwood is outside of the top 20 areas I would recommend.

Frostproof Florida in south Polk county could be an alternative,has a charming downtown area surrounded by 2 beautiful large lakes and less traffic.

From my limited time in Miami and based on the feedback from people from Miami, Miami traffic is much worse!
There are lots of great places in Central Florida for young professionals. The key is finding a place that best aligns with your lifestyle. A good balance that limits your time spent on your daily commute to work and also gives you lots of opportunities for the social elements you like.
