Amazi g handiwork! Had I been retired and had that much time on my hands I'd try my hands at manufacturing this, however a suitable substitute can be found at almost any hardware store, and would only take me minutes to purchase it. Time vs money... I can always make more money, but I can't get my time back.

¡Muchas gracias!

For many rivnuts this tool looks excelent. My approch for two rivnuts i had to press in a blind hole (for bottle cages on a bike frame) was a piece of flat stock with a hole in it (as a washer that can't rotate.. i kept the flat stock longer to act as a handle), a long bolt and a nut. Put the flat stock on the rivnut, thread a nut over the bolt in the middle somewhere, thread the bolt in the rivnut and snug the middle nut to apply some tension and here you need three hands: firmly hold the flatstock to prevent rotation (I've put a hoseclamp around the frame and the flatstock to secure it), hold the end of the bolt fixed in position with the appropriate wrench and hold it steady, and tighten the middle nut until the rivnut is deformed and installed properly.
This is basicly free.. you need a bolt a nut and a washer of some sort that you can grab it to not rotate (a piece of flat stock, or angle iron or anything that you can put a hole in of the bolt diameter that rests nice on the rim of the rivnut) - it's harder to use as you need 3hands one to hold the washer, one to hold the bolt and one to tighten the middle nut.. but as i said the washer can be clamped to the piece in various ways to hold it from rotating (and if the nut is greased, it will have minimal rotating force against the long stock you used as washer anyway, so is the bolt.. it will take little force to keep it from rotating once the rivnut starts to deform)

Things to learn here are 1. Working with limited tools and yet cutting a round disk with a drill and a grinder. 2 Calm and patience while cutting steel with grinder , square and precisely To size. This vid is about attitude of a MASTER , Limited resources do not prevent an artist to create , I am impressed and will try to adopt the patience While cutting steel. Look at that It looks like as if he was peeling potatoes and not cutting steel.
Hats of MASTER you taught me a protocol of King David. (the father of the molten Metals)

You might consider putting a piece of welding glass or a an ND filtter on the lens when you are videoing a weld - we could see the weld better and there is less chance of burning the light sensitive element of the video camera

Some may go to the store and buy, others may not. The important thing for most is that you donated your time and did a great job. I loved spending many days going through and reviewing your video to make a faithful copy, And I realized in seeing my threaded riveter ready, Thank you and continue your journey making these friends here in Brazil that you have conquered. Just an fyi. Even with small pieces of relatively thin sheet steel, grinding a fillet at the mating edges(a 45° bevel) will give you way better weld Penetration and be much stronger. Great thinking I fabricate stuff too just no channel

You just need a screw, a nut that has a size and thread pitch fit a rivet nut and a washer to do this job. Turn the nut into the screw then put the washer in then turn the screw into the rivet nut, push the rivet nut into a hole, hold the screw then tight the nut ( you can make a T handle for the screw), this is what I did.
