I'm always conservative so I'd say you can do 7200 on this if you upgrade the oil pump aswell. I know people will turn 7200 on stock motors but that's not long term safe
maximum “safe” rpm advice is all over the show for LS engines, ive spent a lot of time reading experiences and advice. Consensus seems to be 7000rpm is safe if you do valve springs, pushrods, lifters and oil pump (all uprated over factory) and do the trunnion upgrade.
Nicely done
Awesome video. How high does this let you rev the motor to safely?

@@DriftJesuswhat part number Johnson lifters do you recommend for a 6.0 with btr stage 4 cam and fast lsxr intake? It’s a dedicated drift car
Did the Harland sharps clear the valve cover baffles?
On these covers yes, the stock ones don't fit
@@DriftJesus thanks for the reply. Did they hit the baffles on the stock ones?
@@TheDevin918 I didn't try, we knew it wouldn't work. We have these covers on a few cars back home too. FD car has billet Mantons.
Where is this machine shop located ❤❤
