I think 2 bedroom homes should always have both bedrooms as master suites. Likes of older folks like to sleep separately from our partners. They never make the second bathroom big enough so it is usable.

Nice downsize to retire into. Would be good for 'age in place' mods as the market has always underserved the disabled. Full on ADA compliance can mean moving walls and why tear up a turnkey, BUT lots of ppl now could appreciate at least a couple helper bars in the bath and wider doors whether for a wheelchair or just their buttocks. :) Love that these are all concise and quick to binge. @@JerryPinkas Was in MB area in December looking for a home. Not my cup of tea, but I really liked Pawley Island and Murrel's Inlet. Larger lots and not so crowded. Tough to find something for under $500k in those areas. I'm in the Northeast and wouldn't mind finding a winter home down there or an investment property.

House is worth100k. Shame the price is high because of kinda near the ocean.
Worth and value of something are only what a willing and able buyer and seller agree on. Most people seem to agree that property that is closer to the water is more valuable and desirable. If this house was directly on the beach it would be worth even more.
One of the best stories of what something is worth reminds me of this story:
A father said to his son:
“This is a watch your grandfather gave and this is more than 200 years old, but before I give it to you go to the watch shop on the first street, and tell him I want to sell it, and see how much it is.”

How big is that house. It’s super tiny!!! A sofa will fill up the living room and I don’t see you can put a queen size bed and a dresser.
It’s better to see houses with furniture so people get an idea of their own things in there.
