I try and watch most of your videos as they are always so full of information. I am curious why builders are not putting large garden tubs in the master bathrooms along with the showers. I have owned houses my entire life, and in numerous states from coast to coast, and the master bathrooms have always had large showers and large garden tubs. Is this something not done in South Carolina? Thank you for posting very helpful videos. That city and neighborhood was this home located in?

Thanks for watching, I am glad to hear you find the videos helpful! Believe it or not, most buyers in this market do not want tubs in the primary so most spec homes will not have them. If you build from scratch you always have the option to add one!

@@lifeinmb Thank you for sharing this. All of my female friends throughout my life have always enjoyed long, relaxing baths in garden tubs. I have lived in Georgia, Tennessee and Mississippi and there were big tubs in all master bathrooms. Curious as to why this change has come about.

What ? $600’,000 You can’t even fit a couch in the master bedroom the house is all garage! You might want to go get a new job most my family lives in NC/SC AN I WOULDNT PAY THOSE PRICES @ 8% mortgage rates even though I’d make out like a fat rat on my home I wouldn’t purchase that home way over price no basement as well an you still charge as if it’s included?

Glad to hear you are happy where you live and you don't need to/want to move! Though basements are normal in other parts of the country they are not here in Myrtle Beach - we are at sea level, the basements would be under water!

No basements... they are having a hard time keeping new neighborhoods from completely flooding up to the attics 😮 They might have cut down way too many trees and the flood zones need to be reworked.
