Buyer Beware - I contacted Misty Pace from Waccamaw Management to request a copy of the HOA rules for the Farm in Myrtle Beach. Misty Pace sent me 4 emails each one more condescending than the next. Eventually she told me that only Home Owners could view the HOA rules. We'll I am not going to purchase a home in an HOA without reading the bylaws. If they won't provide HOA bylaws to prospective buyers, then surely they don't want you to know their rules until you're stuck. I don't recommend this HOA. They're too shady.
