I am not sure about nugget being a time traveler but our character sure is. Also I theorize that since the children are smart enough to make such brilliant plans, they once were adults that were regressed to children by the principals nefarious experiments. Also the reason this school is so dangerous and there are no 1st grade or any older children than kindergartners is because it’s not a real school. It’s a research facility that experiments on humans to try to create super soldiers or just give humans unsaturated and powerful mutations. This is shown by the monsters in the basement and all the high tech devices. Your character is the only one who wasn’t turned into a kid by the principal’s serum. He is an agent tasked with stopping this nefarious organization. He has a time machine at home that automatically resets the day for everything outside of his home but time still progresses normally inside the house. He used this machine to turn himself into a kid to infiltrate the facility and take them down from the inside.

You know, when Eazy said "get all the kids either killed or expelled," I thought this game actually let a few kids off easy. Then I remembered that being "expelled" means getting shot in the head by the Principal.

That "all ending" category he's doing must not count it, since there's no way he could skip that ending and only get third place in a category that counts it.
I think it's a tricky point, you get the CHANCE to get monstermon cards in EVERY path, so you could argue that he would've easily gotten it. However there are some that either cost apples or, in 1 case, a lot of money, which wouldn't be possible to get for their respective endings first time round.
I have in fact never experienced kindergarten due to my UK upbringings, and to this day I am thankful, because this video have proven to me how ...interesting kindergarten can be.
