- You are going to love this new walking workout that is perfect for all abilities! It is both to the beat of the music as well as a timer so you can go at your own pace and progress as you desire.
After a warm up we begin each section with a 30 second walk in place. I will then show you level one of a different exercise. We will then build on that exercise in 30 second increments. There are three levels to each exercise, so you are free to stay with level one, progress to level two or move on to level three. All exercises are easy to follow and there is no tricky choreography or advanced moves.

I almost didn’t exercise this morning. I sang in a 90-minute concert yesterday and I’m feeling drained. But then I saw new video and decided I needed to get moving. I’m so glad I did. This is just intense enough to get the juices flowing without leaving you limp! Thank you for all of your varied workouts!

Lauren I SO appreciate your exercise style. Your communication as we transition to next moves, level up options and calm encouraging voice is what I need in the early morning when I exercise. The workouts are adaptable for everyone. You keep each episode interesting as you work the total body, which is what I look for after doing yoga prior to your sessions. I think I’ve learned my lesson - when I go elsewhere for a workout that “pushes” me, I end up paying for it. My hip was sore today after too much yesterday and this was exactly right. Your guidance, options to level up, and steady pace dispel the “no pain, no gain” ideas we were taught in the 90’s. Feeling great after this one, Lauren!
